I have been to lots of gyms and boot camps and I didn't know what to expect from here. This place is like small group personal training. You sign in when you enter and then warm up. Then you move along the stations doing each for 1 minute with time in between to switch and catch a drink. The trainers are there to watch your alignment, help you set a challenging level and encourage you. You are not on your own! At the end of the circuit, you have a cool down and you are done! The trainers help you make it challenging and you don't have to figure out what to do, they've already done it for you! When I was there, I saw people of all ages, shapes and sizes. All were working hard and many had lost several inches through the program. Stop in and check it out!

You will not find another gym this economical ($25/month!) with such high quality. The owner Chris is very down to earth and kind, he goes out of his way to greet everyone that comes in which is pretty awesome. The other staff follow suit and are very welcoming to people as they come in for their workout. The equipment is perfect. Lots of treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and even a few rowing machines and stairmasters for cardio. These machines all have individual tvs set up in front of them, too. There's also a whole room for power lifting and free weights, and also a separate side for weight machines. These machines aren't necessary top of the line quality but they definitely get the job done!! There's also a small room for abs and stretching, which is kind of small but in the 1 year + that I've been there, it's only felt overcrowded maybe once or twice. Additionally there's a whole second floor studio where the classes take place, and when classes are not in session people go up there there to do some weights, sprints, personal training etc. Oh and there's also a climbing wall, boxing bags, a small spinning 'studio', tanning bed, sauna, locker rooms with showers, and probably even more that I'm forgetting. What else could you possibly ask for in a gym?!! I love this place.

What I will say is I was a member for two years, went 4-5 times a week plus I did the Olympic lifiting class that was offered.Slowly over time I cut down to only going 3-4 times a week. They used to have a Yoga class, I did that too, but that is no longer offered. The gym expanded a little bit and they now have a youth program that brings in quite a few kids. They offer a strongman and adult gymnastics class. Oh yes still have the olympic lifting class. class sizes range anywhere from 6 - 16 people perhaps sometimes more sometimes less. I think it just really depends on the day and maybe what the workout is. Age range is all over but majority of the people are in the mid to late twenties. I might be wrong but that is my guess, and based on what i have seen. Is it expensive? Yes Is it hard? yes. It is suppose to be hard. Crossfit is suppose to be hard, but everyone can do it, it just might not be for everyone. Crosafit is supposed to give you a small class setting with a coach that will watch you as you workout, encourage youi and correct your form. Give you tips to help you, if you are struggling. A good coach does not just say come on ______. You did not pay for that did you? Might I just add that two of the other reviews on here are from family members and they do not attend the gym. This might sound petty and I am sure that they are not the only business to use family members to write reviews for them. I get it, when you first open you want positive feeback, You also need to be able to handle public constructive criticism as well.
