Great 30 minute workout! I have driven by this place many times on my way to work wondering about…read moreit and I finally went in to check it out. I had a pass for a FREE 3 day membership. I have been to lots of gyms and boot camps and I didn't know what to expect from here. This place is like small group personal training. You sign in when you enter and then warm up. Then you move along the stations doing each for 1 minute with time in between to switch and catch a drink. The trainers are there to watch your alignment, help you set a challenging level and encourage you. You are not on your own! At the end of the circuit, you have a cool down and you are done! The trainers help you make it challenging and you don't have to figure out what to do, they've already done it for you! When I was there, I saw people of all ages, shapes and sizes. All were working hard and many had lost several inches through the program. Stop in and check it out!

I couldn't be more happy and healthy. It's a very simple process. You walk in, sign in and immediately start your warm up given by a great video. Then you start your station work outs. All timed for a minute each, it's great. The staff keeps you motivated the whole time. When you're done with the stations, you move to the cool down video, again, it's great. Can't get much easier, I love it. Thanks guys!

This location Charges parents to supervise their children during youth open gym hours even if they aren't playing or participating. My son is 8 and obviously can't go to the open gym alone. Prices are outrageous for a couple of hours to use the basketball rims. Ridiculous when it's winter time and these kids don't have many alternative options for staying active. Hope this is something that can be addressed as everyone in this community deserves fair opportunities to enjoy these amenities.$19 for an 1hr in the gym is ridiculous.

Where do I start?…read more upon initial tour I was kind of impressed, but I hadn't really looked anywhere else (MY MISTAKE!!) and signed up right away. my very first class I went to was called cardio dance. It was on a Saturday and the instructor was Angela. I could barely keep up with the class. It's like she's dancing to herself in the mirror with tons of jumping, and I don't know why people equate jumping with fitness. You can get a workout quite effectively without jumping around anyway she came up to me at the end of the class and told me because we were the same height that I should "look like her" and I was completely offended... not only is that ignorant. It's completely wrong because somebody's bone structure is not the same as somebody else's . Furthermore he should not be insulting somebody that's a paying member that's trying to better themselves. Then I took a pool fitness class. That's right here has to be the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. On this particular day, one of the instructors I like didn't happen to come, and Terri showed up. I knew I should have left because I had already had issues with her for some reason she does not like me and doesn't try to hide it. You get the people in the pool that stand in the back row and all they do is talk and you can barely hear the music or what the instructor is saying and nobody says anything to them, but the person that's trying to better themselves that has injuries is being yelled at saying I'm "not working hard enough" or "push it harder"... even though I have injuries so on this particular day, I got screamed at in my face in front of a class of people And I was asked why I'm wasting her time and not working hard enough?!? I have an injury yet TERRI told me to push through that so I did and ended up almost five months on bed rest Another instructor tells you a move and stares off into space for about 5 minutes, then repeat. Super fun! Formats aren't followed correctly. You get classes here that cancel with very short (or no notice at all)! when you find an instructor that you like, they end up leaving or have previous commitments. Needless to say I have canceled my membership. I found somewhere that is less expensive that offers more. This place does not have a hot tub. They do not have tanning and they do not have massage chairs. People are not very friendly here and that's not conducive to feeling comfortable. And I have had at least four people tell me they are not comfortable there because they feel like they're constantly being judged so this cannot only be me that fails this way I can go elsewhere and feel totally accepted. No matter my size no matter my injuries and have every amenity that I want and then some . Yesterday when I tried to cancel well, I'm sure you can imagine I was met with more rudeness which only solidified my decision and I had gone back-and-forth with this for five months and there's no point in wasting my money for something I'm not using and I'm not happy with I would just say look around a little more might find something with instructors that actually care if you succeed. Here you're just another number and they don't really care and I'm not going to miss it. I've already lost a lot more weight going elsewhere and I'm a lot happier.

I won't really miss Lifetime being that it's annoyingly loud in the club and crowded much of the time, but the new hours for Silver sneakers members is the last straw.

If your primary interest is basketball, don't bother considering Life Time Fitness as an option…read more This location, and most others, has sacrificed half of the original basketball court space for pickleball. Due to the limited space, you'll regularly end up shooting around with 3 to 5 people on a single hoop. If you do luck into a time when the court isn't overcrowded, you'll have to endure 2 incredibly annoying sounds ad nauseam: the percussive sound of a pickleball being hit every 3 seconds (cuts through noise canceling), and boomer pickleball players screaming after every volley with the intensity of having just witnessed a walk-off grand slam in a World Series game. The final straw was being told to leave the basketball court due to it being reserved as spectator space for pickleball (see photos). Life Time is no longer a viable place for basketball. Like a casino, the current focus is on extracting as much revenue as possible from a demographic that has little time left. Hopefully, the trend fades away in unison with its primary demographic.
