This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. Make sure you like what you're getting.

She was patient, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Since we were doing a whole-house remodel, we hired a general contractor who also handled the kitchen installation. There were a few hiccups along the way, and in hindsight, I wish we had worked directly with Excelle Kitchen for the installation as well. I'm confident the process would have gone even more smoothly if they had handled the install. Unfortunately, we had already committed to our contractor by that point. One thing that really stood out to us was the pricing. Our contractor was charging us more for the exact same cabinets, which made working directly with Excelle Kitchen an even better value. Anthony also came out to measure everything, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we are so happy with our new kitchen and our experience with Excelle Kitchen. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen remodel!

Anthony Cao, the owner, is super nice, knowledgably and pleasant to work with. They carry a couple major lines of cabinetry. I was able to find the brand that is slightly taller 34.5" that fits our needs (vs the standard 33"). The shop's focused on custom made or semi-custom made cabinetry. With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. Lead time is reasonable within a week for us and delivery was trouble-free.

Kelly took over our project very quickly and the handoff was really smooth, which we appreciated because we were already in the middle of making a lot of decisions. She was very patient listening to what we wanted and our kitchen layout had some special requirements, so it wasn't just a standard design. She gave us a lot of useful suggestions based on her experience, but at the same time she didn't try to push us into anything and was willing to work around our ideas. She also helped us pick a countertop that matched the cabinets very well, and even gave us advice on the cabinet handles and some of the smaller details that we honestly hadn't thought much about. You can tell she has a lot of experience and a good eye for what works together. Overall the whole process was much easier because of her and we're very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend Kelly if you're looking for help with kitchen cabinets or design.

This is a big store and you can check out their products online as well…read more Our contractor recommended this place as he has an account there with deep discount that can be passed onto the customers. They have a variety of tile selections and most of them were imported from Italy or Spain which with better quality there's less yield loss, hence you can buy less. Some of the special priced items have longer lead times, so make sure you double check with them. We didn't enjoy the process as much as with other shops because of 3 reasons. First of all, our sales contact was quite unavailable on the weekends or even Friday afternoons, so we had a hard time scheduling with her. But if you just walk in and ask for help from the front desk, they will assign someone to help. The second issue we found was the inconsistency of product introductions. We were worried about slippery tiles in the shower, our sales contact suggested us to focus on the tiles that have a special coating. The second sales person we talked to said the special coating was only for outdoor use, using the gauge lines between tiles is good enough to prevent slipping. Thirdly, after we got the quote, we couldn't place the order into the system with our contractor's discount; only that appointed sales person could do. Luckily we could get the rest of the process done via email and she sent out a link for me to make payment. If you have a Rakuten cash back app and pay online, I think you get the cash back as well.

He introduced ideas and explained the process, enabling me to communicate with contractors. I gained an understanding of the construction. I walked in, no appointment, felt welcomed, brought photos, measurements, and design ideas. Believe me I was a frequent visitor. Anne selected materials and created the design palette. 1. Anne worked with my measurements to select and calculate floor tile and grout. I had an existing shower accent tile. 2. Anne selected vanity finish and designed a number of drawers and size. 3. Anne selected frosty Carrina countertop for vanity, which is gorgeous and easy maintenance along with the Kohler Ladena sink. 4. The custom mirror was mounted on same finish as the vanity and hanging brackets. Great quality mirror material. 5. Gabby helped select the faucet, shower head and shower valves, all Hansgrohe. 6. Gabby wrote up purchase orders and verified all items and prices. 7. Robert shared his expertise on lighting, tile installation and doors and hardware for the existing closet. He was confident the closet and vanity matched and am so happy with the results. The team was professional, respectful and offered options of material costs, shipping fees, dates and even problem solving as the project began. The showroom displays helped to visualize the remodel. Anne's selection of vanity material, which I would have never looked at on my own, is a stunning piece. The hardware for all the plumbing is on display. The showroom floor is installed with tiles to help visualize size and layouts. Bathroom remodel is a challenge and Home Expo made it enjoyable, upped my game and helped to produce a beautiful bathroom. I'm so impressed with the Home Expo & Design.
