The prices are competitive, and you can always rely on them to have supplies of the latest titles available. Staff are friendly and often very knowledgable. I usually tend to go to this shop if I am interested in purchasing games for my PC. In my opinion, it's one of, if not THE best places to go for them. Plymouth City Centre offers many opportunities to grab yourself some nice games, but this place has to be the one to go to.

The shop's great for obscure old games, and particularly for second-hand trading cards for really cheap prices. I was told to try CEX as I wanted to sell my iPhone X which was immaculate and they offer good…read moreprices but what a shambles and waste of my time. You cannot phone them and even if they have your number they don't bother to call you! As a result I had three wasted journeys and in the end sold it through Cash Converters down the road who gave me a very good price and you can call them, you have zero communication at CEX. There was a lot of people there to buy all the old stuff cheap but a lady in the queue told me she had bought a phone for her son from CEX at Christmas and this was her second visit as the phone wouldn't work, maybe be cheaper but then they don't always check it, seems like a pattern here, avoid!!
