However, I never signed for this package, nor did I authorize anyone to sign for it on my behalf. Therefore, I need SwiftX to clarify exactly what you mean by "delivery signature." If you are claiming that the recipient signed for the package, please provide: 1. The actual signature record; 2. The name of the person who allegedly signed; 3. The exact date and time the signature was obtained; 4. The location where the signature was obtained; 5. The complete Proof of Delivery record associated with the shipment. A delivery photograph, GPS coordinate, or a driver's confirmation does not establish that I personally received the package or signed for it. If no recipient signature exists and the package was instead left unattended, please confirm this explicitly in writing. I also request that SwiftX preserve all records relating to this delivery, including the driver's delivery records, GPS data, photographs, signature records, scan records, timestamps, and any internal investigation notes, as this matter remains formally disputed. The pricing was fine for me. It's the 'need' I had that was being taken care of by them. When all was setup and completed, she took my card and I added a tip because these people are doing me a great service. I've gotten a complete different reason/story why they never show up despite a delivery date text that I've confirmed. Missing work to wait for the delivery costs money. There's absolutely no accountability within their business. Check BBB, it's all terrible- even the 3-4 star ratings are not flattering. Even better, Wayfair claims to not have heard any complaints about them. So, if you're reading this after being burned like I am- let Wayfair know!
