I had to make an…read moreappointment at 10am as she said she is very busy and that time is all that she could offer to me. I agreed even though driving from Pasadena to the West Side at that time is one of the last thing anyone wants to do. I arrive at her office a little early so I could find parking and maybe get a coffee, feeling comfortable that I am not rushed because of time. I go to her office and there is no one there? I ring the bell and no response. I wait a little while more and try again but nothing. It's 10:15 now and I look up her phone number and give a call but no answer? I wait some more and try again and you guessed it no answer. I text her and call again. It's 10:30 so I am thinking she forgot about her scheduled appointment with me. I walk around for a few more minutes and call again but nothing. At 10:40 she sends a text message saying she hurt her knee the day before and stayed up the whole night unable to sleep and we will need to reschedule our appointment. WHAT??? I give another call and she answers this time with the same story. "Darleen, I just got done wrestling with traffic for an hour to get here, spent another hour waiting for nothing, then pay for parking and battle the freeway back to Pasadena so I can then get ready to get to my job on time where other people are counting on me to be responsible!" No apology, just a blank statement about when we can reschedule. I hung up on her. She sent another text asking when we can reschedule.

DAYME not only has such a beautiful soul, but she puts so much love into her own product, and…read morethat's because it comes from her heart. I met Dayme a week after I spent $150 on some other facial product. I've struggled with acne since I was 13 yrs old, now I'm 32 years old and I've tried so many products. Every other product would make me break out more or just work for about a month, and I would continue getting the same results. All these other products would contain so many unfamiliar ingredients I didn't know of, and I wouldn't question it because I was so desperate. Not only were the ingredients unnatural, but I would get the same results over and over. At times, I would cry and get mad and say, "It's not fair." I seriously had reached the point that I've excepted the fact that nothing would help my acne, but then one day I was walking down Topanga Strip, and there she was, DAYME, Dayme Cosmetics. I remember I stayed talking to her for about an hour, telling her how I was so tired of trying new things and getting the same results over and over. But, my lord told me to trust her and to give her NATURAL product a try. So I did, and here are my results. Her daily scrub ( alovera with apricot seeds) has been working wonders, and let's not forget her daily moisturizer cream. I mean, the smells to all her products have such unique smells. Those natural essential oils can't never do you wrong.

I am so sorry to write this review but I had to in good consciousness. I first ran into this booth…read moreat a Venice Beach festival, and I ended up getting a really beautiful nude color lip oil which has been proven quite difficult in the past. Then I found out the cart had moved to the Topanga village which I lived across from. And at this point I was still satisfied so I got a pink jarred lip balm, also a beautiful color. The packaging however is HORRENDOUS. The lip oil that came in a tube shape separated from the top spilling all over my backpack. The lip jar leaked all over my purse even though it was closed. So I went back and asked her to remake it. Because both of the issues were due to faulty packaging I thought she would remake it for a reduced rate, however it was full price minus the cost of the containers. I had them remade and she told me to store them in the fridge. I did that and now it's separated, which she did tell me is normal. I have it standing up on my vanity and it's completely leaking even though I haven't touched them. Good colors but horrible cheap packaging.

This beauty care store recently just opened a month ago. I've been going to Connie for about 5…read moreyears and I have to say, she keeps my skin young and clean looking. Connie has been trained in Hong Kong and came here to work at a skin care center in San Gabriel. She decided to go solo for a while working out of her home. She steadily built her clients and offered fantastic rates. Now she has officially opened her own store and I'm really estatic. Connie starts with washing my face and steams it to open up my pores. After that she gently squeezes out the dirt and oil from my pores. Then she sanitizes it by running a wand over my face that kills germs so I won't get infections. Next is the best part, the massage. For 15 mins. she massages my face, neck and upper body. OH. MY. GOD. such bliss and heaven. At the end, she applies a mask for the last 15 mins. You can request either to have a lightening mask (Lightens your skin) or cleansing mask. She finishes off w/ a nice hot towel to wipe off the excess residue left over from the mask and sprays rose water to your face. Ahhhhh, like a drink of water for your skin. She's really affordable compared to the other spas. If you get the package, it's even cheaper! I have to say, I always walk out feeling refreshed and a squeaky clean face. Never w/ blotches on my face like an esthetician picked the crap outta my face where I have to clutch onto the bed for dear life. I highly recommend you see Connie if your face needs help or just a professional touch to beautify your face.

I feel completely scammed by Infinite Aloe and would strongly caution anyone against purchasing…read morefrom them. I placed an order for over $300 at a conference with Tammee. I wrote down my email and phone number, and she confirmed the information back to me. Despite that, my contact information was apparently not entered into their system, so I never received shipment tracking. I had to call customer service myself just to find out the package was being delivered on a day I would be out of town, with no way to redirect it on my own. The company had to reroute the package. When I finally picked it up, the order was incomplete and did not include all of the items I was promised at the time of purchase. When I reported this, I was told there was a supply shortage. They later sent another package, again without tracking information. Luckily, I happened to be in town and it was not stolen. However, the additional product they sent was dried out and unusable. At that point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Infinite Aloe then demanded that I return all products, even though the return policy was not listed on the receipt I was provided at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, I later encountered Tammee at another conference, where she repeatedly walked by the booth my colleague and I were managing for our employer while video recording us without permission. I reported this as harassment, and instead of taking accountability, the company tried to get me to cancel my chargeback in exchange for a refund so they could avoid the chargeback fee. The entire experience -- from the purchase, to the missing items, to the dried-out product, to the lack of tracking, to the horrible customer service -- has been unacceptable. Do not buy this product.

She was kind, apologetic, and was quick to send us the refund. They offered us a sample of another jar of the cream. Yes, the product is good but after the horrible experience and a waste of a lot of our time and causing so much frustration for us the score is still 1 star. Let's just say it started with 0 and now they get 1star for finally compensating us. Unfortunately, it took too long and only with a multitude of reviews did we get a response. These (some) of these extremely expensive products "work" but the customer…read moreservice/salespeople/"barkers" are terrible I have some of their products and have been very lucky to actually get a few refunds - amazing I have seen their stores in Cerritos and Glendale Galleria, their "sales manager" moved with the last owner. Since I visit the South Bay Area, happened to visit this store - it was my BIG MISTAKE! Sadly, being respectful in saying that one is not interested - the sales people seemed to take my refusal as an additional reason to apply great pressure to "sample" (demonstration) then cornered me when I wanted to leave. Unfortunate that one has to be rude and literally push oneself away from these "salespeople" to leave. Curious that prominent shopping mall management companies don't do the proper due dilligence is screening/filtering "retailers" that have extremely bad reputations and negative BBB ratings - along with a track record of super aggressive salesmanship encouraged by store managers - as noted in previous posts listed here. Given that the pattern from the Cerritos Mall store to the Glendale Galleria store is repeated many times (that prompted the closing of their stores at these shopping malls) at this South Bay shopping mall store (as I have experienced), strongly encourage those that others like myself share your opinions/views to this South Bay Shopping Mall company office and hope that they will find the appropriate course of actions to protect the dwindling number of shoppers that actually go to shopping malls (hmm, maybe that is why these salespeople are so aggressive - online shopping will eliminate having to deal with super aggressive salespeople.
