The staff was very nice, up until I refused to get the deep cleaning they were pushing for, until the point I felt uncomfortable (and I've worked in sales before). They refused to do the routine cleaning, and were almost offended when I kept declining the other treatment since they had not even checked with my insurance whether it was covered or not. I don't understand why a business would refuse ALL services and not get paid for at least SOMETHING. I went and got a second opinion and turns out I do not have gum disease, nor needed the treatment they were pushing me to get. I wish I would've seen the Yelp reviews before going.

Henry greeted me and I asked him if they accept my dental insurance. He said he'd look into it and call me back. Sure enough, that day, he called me back, and explained to me how many cleaning and what benefits I have with my dental insurance. I was surprised that he remembered. I told him that I had been looking for a dentist for a while but wasn't sure about the vibes that I got from previous places I looked into. I immediately booked an appointment for a few days later. The office was pretty close by but I still made sure to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. The place was easy to find and parking was plenty. Henry and I think it was Maria greeted me at the waiting area and handed me forms to fill out. After handing them back the paperwork and my ID, I waited. Then they called me in soon after, again, I was surprised at how fast they were. A lady named Aileen (not sure if I spelled it right), instructed me to sit on this dentist chair thing and hold this mouth-device in my mouth. She proceeded to taking several X-ray photos, showed them on the monitor mounted on the wall, and told me to wait. So I waited and waited and waited. I was patient, but then started getting a bit antsy because I wasn't given any updates. I was also on my lunch break and had asked prior to my appointment around how long the whole appointment would take--I was quoted 45 minutes. But it had been longer than that. Finally, one of the employees noticed and spoke to Henry at the front desk. He came over and apologized saying there was an emergency surgery procedure that the Dentist has to take care of. I would have rated this business 4 stars--but because the Dentist too came over and apologized again and again--I rated 5 stars. He seemed sincerely apologetic. I asked Henry to please make sure that Dr. Ramos will not rush through the cleaning because I had been to places before where they treat patients or clients like lab rats in a factory or clinic. This is my first time having dental insurance so I wanted to make sure that they didn't rush through my appointment because they had an emergency come up before my cleaning. When Dr. Ramos came over, he apologized again and assured me that he will take his time. He looked at my X-rays and then my teeth. He proceeded with the cleanings and updated me on what was going on at the same time. A staff member sitting on my left assisting the Dentist was holding my bottom lip out during the cleaning. It was a bit painful because she pinched pretty hard. I forgot if it was before or after the cleaning, Dr. Ramos also showed me a 3D mouth model and explained to me about my teeth and Invisalign if I am interested. He informed me that my teeth seem to be in healthy condition, but to watch the little dot on one of the back teeth. He instructed me to keep flossing and brushing my teeth with "vibrations" and showed me examples. Overall, I had a good experience minus the unexpected long wait and having my bottom lip pinched really hard. I'd recommend this Dentist but make sure to allocate at least 2-3 hours just in case if emergencies pop up. The staff members were really nice and Henry should receive a lot of recognition or trophy for being great at customer service.

I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance.
