Owner Jim Vanderzanden and his son Matt helped with a lot of the design decisions. Once you sign the contract, Jim begins ordering the materials and components he will need. He inspects everything as he gets it. Once he has everything for the job and it is right he will give you a start date. Pro V's installers were on time every day. They were clean and courteous. They put down runners so they wouldn't mar our floors or track dust into our house. They really respect your property. At the end of every day they cleaned up and picked up the runners. They worked most of the time with the door closed to keep down the dust and noise. Jim was on the job site every morning. He checked on the work and made sure the installers knew what was to be done that day. His installers did excellent work. Jim went out of his way several times to make sure things went the way we wanted. Given the professionalism, the quality of the materials and components used and the quality of the workmanship, we feel Pro V prices are fair. We would recommend Pro V to anyone without hesitation. Did I mention that they finished ahead of schedule? Our only regret is that we don't have another bathroom for Pro V to remodel.

We had almost ordered from a supplier selling Bertch, then my mother informed me that JCC made her cabinets (in 1980) for the house I grew up in. Although my mom doesn't live in that house anymore, a friend of mine does. While those cabinets are dated in their look from 1980 vs. today, they still look beautiful and have held up nicely. I started working with Warren, and it was a great experience. He had many ideas on how to maximize storage space. The finish and wood species choices were plentiful. Our project was significantly smaller than what Warren and JCC are used to and capable of handling, I always felt like an important and valued customer for them. We had an issue with our contractor who did a disappearing act on us, after our cabinets were ordered. JCC was helpful in recommending an a contractor who worked out wonderfully. So good that we ended up remodeling part of our kitchen (with JCC cabinets of course) and also we purchased closet organizers for our master closet. I wish every dealing with a remodeling experience went this well. :)
