I hired this company 9 months before the wedding and 4 months before the wedding Brenda, the manager, informed me they did NOT have the size vehicles I had requested. Scott Transportation stated they would then look around to find me the vehicles I needed. This threw up a red flag for me and I didn't want anything to go wrong the day of my daugther's wedding, so I proceeded to find another company myself and did. I notified Scott Transportation I was cancelling their contract due to a breach on their part, and did this 3 months before the wedding (well before the 72 hours notice cited in the contract) I have since then been requesting my $500 deposit to be returned since the company breached the contract. Ronnie (the owner) has yet to respond to any of my 6 emails and Brenda (the manager) only responded to 1 stating "read the contract carefully, it clearly states the deposit is nonrefundable" I find this unacceptable for a company who BREACHED their own contract. I would NOT recommend this company!!

He took the time to make me feel completely at ease about renting a party bus for my daughter's high school prom. As any parent knows, organizing a party bus for a group of teenagers is no small feat -- and our booking did not go without its challenges through no fault of his own. I genuinely have no idea how this company has any decent reviews. We had a reservation until…read more12:30am. From 12-12:30am our driver was completely MIA and totally unresponsive. When we finally got ahold of him, almost 10 full minutes AFTER our reservation was over (which I was only able to do after leaving the venue to call him), we agreed to extend our time (not that we had a choice at that point) for a total of $165. We were off the bus by 1:40am (for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes extra time). The next day, the company had charged us $247 (for 1.5 hours), despite our agreement on the cost, and despite us only going over by 10 mins (again, not entirely by choice). When I reached out to the company and explained that we agreed to $165 (again, only bc we were left with no real option), they were completely unhelpful and threatened small claims court if I disputed the charge with my credit card company (LOL). I'm sure there are other reputable car companies in this area, I'd look elsewhere. This level of utter unprofessionalism over $82 is a joke. Update: "Entire charge" in this instance meant the $247 extra I was charged, rather than the $165 I had agreed to (which was explicitly clear in my texts where I say I am only taking issue with being charged an extra 30 minutes for what was only an extra 10 minutes after being FORCED to extend our time). You would have known that had you bothered to ~even attempt~ a professional resolution (eg, perhaps a single question or a hint of an apology) instead of being immediately hostile and asinine---the below excuse seems like a lame attempt at pretending your response wasn't totally unreasonable (which it was). My review is accurate in all respects, including the timing. Being a "small business" doesn't excuse shoddy customer service and scam-y business practices.

I booked a black limo for my daughter's sweet sixteen…read more They called that morning to say due to mechanical issues they would have to contract out to another service but that a black stretch SUV would be there. Instead, a dirty white limo showed up - this was an evening out, not a wedding, and at the very least the limo should have been clean and updated. The driver dropped us off across the street from the hotel and made us carry all our bags across the street. On the return trip, the driver again was contracted out and while he picked up on the right side of the street in the right vehicle, he needed me to provide him step by step by step instructions to my house so i couldn't even enjoy the ride home, since i was yelling the directions across the entire limo and over the voices of my daughter and her friends. The service may be fine for business trips, but it you're booking a special event that you want to build lasting memories around, go elsewhere.
