First allow me to say I have the upmost respect for Mr. Cervoni and staff. About a year ago I was contemplating on filing for disability after working for a very strenuous, physical, and demanding job for 35 years. I am not one to quit as I tried several work attempts to continue my job after taking time off but my back and lower extremities we're really taking a toll on me which made it hard to function outside of work let alone working 14 hours a day at times. I decided to call Mr. Cervoni's Law Firm just to get a feel of what to do as I knew nothing about this process. As someone who was indigent and homeless at this time one year ago and with several co-occurring medical conditions, I was experiencing multiple challenges around this time last year. Derek is Awesome! I have applied for mental health disability on my own the 1st time and was denied. The whole process was overwhelming to me, so I did not appeal it.
