Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. The salesman we sat with was Shannon. He was very kind and professional. He made several suggestions on safety precautions for my mother. But the most impressive was the high quality materials they use as well as the installation process. He understood the rush I was in to get this completed before my mother came out of rehab but at the same time the installation process was not compromised at all. This company goes out of their way to use the best products along with quality work that will last. The other companies we interviewed with did not use quality products and were proud to say they complete it in one day... that shouldn't be if you want the adhesives to dry properly. Keep in mind that all the windows, screens & sliding doors were purchased February 2004 with a full lifetime warranty. The warranty offer was the reason for signing a contract with CVS. The problem I'll be referring to is one of the sliding doors has a broken seal on the glass panes which has caused dirt to collect between them & 2 of the screens to both sliding doors are damaged due to age & need to be replaced. 12/2020-A tech came out & I showed him the problems. He took pictures of everything & said he'd have the office order new ones. He explained it would take about a month. 2-4-21-Called office & was told by Andrea none have been received. 4-26-21-Called office & again none have been received. 5-18-21-ETA of door & screens was 5-12-21. Andrea will call vendor & call back. 6-15-21-Problem with vendor. No replacements arrived. Will call back. 7-19-21-Replacements are to be shipped 8-4-21 per Phil. Will call when they arrive. 8-18-21-Sarah said replacements are in. Will schedule for service when Rob comes in. 8-23-21-Phil said nothing is in. It will be another 2 weeks. Will call back. 8-25-21-Called & left message to return call. Was told the new ETA is 9-15-21. 9-27-21-Rob gone until 9-30-21 per Tammy. Will call back. 9-30-21-New ETA is 10-6-21 per Phil & Sarah. 10-28-21-New ETA is 11-3-21 per Sarah. 11-12-21-Sarah will call back on the 15th of November because Rob not in. 11-15-21-Left message to call me. Will call back. 11-30-21-Tammy called. The ETA was 11-24-21 but the replacements never made it on the truck. Will call back when products come in. 12-14-21-Called office but Rob won't be in until 12-17-21. Called Phil's cell to see if the replacements made it on the truck. Never called back. 12-17-21-Called office. Tammy said the ETA was 12-8-21 but now it's 12-22-21. She'll call back. 12-27-21-Called & replacements aren't on truck. Will call back with the new ETA. 12-30-21-Called office. New ETA is January 14, 2022. Called Phil & told him I was submitting a review on Google & a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. He asked me to hold off until January 14th. I agreed. 1-3-22-Phil called to asked if he & Rob could come over, measure the screens, go to Home Depot & order them. They came over but instead of measuring them, they took the screens to repair them. 1-11-22-Phil called. Parts are in to repair screens but Rob had a heart attack. No word on when the door will be in. 1-12-22-Phil called. The door is in. He will call next week to set up a day for Mike the tech to come out and install it. Rob will repair the screens when he can and a schedule date will be set up separately for them.   1-18-22-Phil called to say the delivery person dropped the door & broke the glass. He called the vendor & a new door will arrive February 9, 2022. Phil will call when door comes in.   2-17-22-Haven't heard anything. No door and no screens. I'll not call again.   This will be posted March 1, 2022 on Google, BBB & anywhere else I can think of whether the replacements have been delivered & installed or not so that, as I said in the beginning, one can decide if they have the patience & time to deal with Custom Vinyl Systems.   In the meantime, I've checked Lowe's & they have the screens for $88 in stock. I'll be picking them up and sending Phil the receipt in hopes of reimbursement. As for the door, I can't order a new one because I'd have to order 2 in order for them to match. Therefore, an option is to have a window installer come out, replace the window panes & send that bill to Phil also.
