Roomy and comfy boat - showing its age, but that sure didn't put a damper on our fun! Clean and ready for us to effortlessly jump in and get to having some lake time. We were advised not to engage with any staff at the marina. We rented the "Aqua Patio" and expected a bit more for the price. The boat itself was ok - it hadn't been cleaned from the last rental (the floor had broken chips and other food) and it's starting to show its age (the gas gage was stuck just below a quarter of a tank and there are several rips and tears). Regardless, the boat did its job and we spent a day on the water in the sunshine.

I don't want to get into a back-and-forth battle over my review of Premier Towing. There was no…read moremisunderstanding regarding the price quoted for the tow when I asked for it up front. Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.

I couldn't have hoped for more caring and competent service to get my car to the shop and swiftly on its way to repair. Mike showed up as quickly as possible and brought my car to the auto repair shop, leaving it to await staff early Monday morning. I had it back by Monday afternoon. My sincere thanks to Mike for a job well done!
