Despite my best efforts in the past to do Fall train rides, which turned out to be disappointing only because there was never any good colors on trees, this by far is the very best fall foliage experience I've ever had in my life. You get great views of the tree color transitions and just great photo opportunities. It does get cold on the water so bring a jacket. Experience is as excellent as last time with beverages and snacks for purchase. If you enjoy fall colors, great scenery and boats then you have to do this at least once.

The food is nothing special... standard fast food and ice cream, etc. This place is fun for everyone and an inexpensive way to spend a day especially if you have kids. There were lots of people there but it didn't feel crowded. The beach was clean and the water was clear and refreshing. If you're adventurous and have the time, there is a lengthy hike that is connected to the complex that goes all the way to the top of the Belleayre Mountain.

Horrible business with rude employees…read more - Initially I came by and they said I could start my reservation at 12:00PM. - I passed a 15 min course to learn that the boat is actually unavailable due to weather; - the guy at the cashier said -- "I'm uncomfortable putting you on a boat because there is an upcoming storm coming" - come back at 3pm. - I called them multiple times between 1:30-2:30 to find out if the weather is ok to rent a boat or not - nobody answered - at 345 a very angry man called me and demanded that I pay for the boat a full price. Very dishonest practice of doing business. Horrible cancelation policy and borderline fraudulent enterprise. I lost $300 despite being told by an employee that it's unsafe for me to take a boat tour: I'll be reporting them to multiple government agencies and will be seeking remedies. Very unfair and dishonest. Avoid at all cost.

Was looking for an all-day rafting adventure when I decided to call and see what they had to offer…read more Myself and 5 friends pulled the trigger that same day when we hear about their 9 mile trip down a pretty calm section of the Delaware river for a pretty good price. They do mention that there are "category 1" rapids but it's compared to maybe hitting a speed bump at 20mph. Be sure to stop along the way as the route is beyond beautiful and worthy of docking your kayak or raft for a quick swim. Staff is super helpful and know what they're doing - 10/10 im coming back here in the next few weeks Update: been coming here a few times every summer for the past 4 years and have become a huge fan of the 3 day overnight camping trips that they offer. It's a great way to connect w loved ones you decide to bring along and an even better way to avoid screen time since you won't have much signal throughout the trip

Silver Canoe & White Water Rafting located on the Delaware River (Pond Eddy to be exact) REFUSED to…read morehelp 10 boy scouts in need. These scouts overshot their intended stop and asked to stop at the Silver Canoe's landing so they could arrange a ride back up stream. The staff member at the location called the owner, who REFUSED to allow them access to their landing so they could get off the river. We are very thankful that Outpost Campground and the Park Rangers on the Delaware River showed up to help these scouts in need! What kind of company refuses to help kids? If you are ever looking to canoe or raft the Delaware River, please consider The Outpost Campground in Pond Eddy. Their owner went out of his way to ensure the comfort and safety of our scouts.
