After about a month or so, we realized one of the toilets was leaking. Turns out, one of the wax rings has already failed which is not normal and is clearly due to poor installation. A properly installed wax ring should last for years, not a couple of months. There's no reason this should be happening this soon. So I called them to get this fixed and they told me the repair wouldn't be covered under any sort of warranty and quoted me $245 to fix their own mistake. What a joke. I explained that this happened only a few months after they installed both toilets, and when I said I would be leaving a review based on my experience, they laughed. After checking their reviews, I've found other 1-star reviews describing the same issue so it's clear this isn't an isolated situation. It's a pattern of poor workmanship and zero accountability.
