I was scheduled with Michaela for a Halo face framing type situation and was greeted very kindly by her and everyone else at the front desk. For instance, I had no idea that draining the lymph nodes near the underarm would release so much tension in my trapezoid muscles. She also offered to work on the scar tissue and inflammation at my coccyx bone, to ease pain from an injury I've had since grade school (+ 30 years ago), and no one has offered that, or even asked about prior injuries. This lady is great, she's smart, she's intuitive, and she has strong hands.
