Wait times are minimal and if your doctor forgets to send your referral on time, they'll still let you be seen by a doc. You will need to put a large hold on your credit card though. The office is conveniently located in Washington Township (I guess that explains their name). They're right near the merge of Hurffville-Crosskeys and Egg Harbor. I'm a fan and will continue to visit this dermatologist as needed.

Now, I don't get a call until after I call asking what happened to my results. During my last whole-body check-up, I needed 3 byopsies. One came back positive and so we scheduled the surgery. I week later one of my other Dr.s noticed a spot on my neck, behind my ear, that didn't look good. Another Byop. at the Derm Center confirmed it was cancer, ooops, it got missed somehow. Now they won't schedule the second one with the first.....said Insurance won't cover it that way. I called my insurance and they said they would want it done as efficiently as possible, as long as both are medically necessary. I don't appreciate being lied to. Called back the Derm CTR. and spoke with a manager. She first tried to say they couldn't schedule them together because of the insurance. I explained what I had learned and asked her not to lie to me again. Then she tried to say they couldn't do both on the same day due to risk of infection. I explained to her that I have had multiple surgeries in one day before. She said that's not possible... calling me a liar again! Then she said If I wanted to get both done in one day, I would have to have the procedure done at a hospital. Why, are your facilities less sanitary than the hospital?.... if that's the case, I should not have had ANY of my surgeries done at their office. Won't be back there again.

I had to there because the type of insurance I had at the time Schweiger didn't accept. Well fast forwarwd to about 2 years ago. I finally got the right insurance and went to Schweiger and they examed my cycst in the office and reffered me to there surgical center I went to the surgical center had it removed and they wanted a followup to see how it healed. In 2025 I had to go back to Schweiger for the same problem this time they gave me an injection and soom medication to get my inflamed cycst calmed down and a follow up to the swedesboro office a month latter. Well they ment back to the surgical center to have it removed and 2 days after I got home they called me to see how I was healing and I had a follow up a month latter at the surgical center.

Her office was Warmuth Institute of Dermatology (Elmer/Sweedesboro), so it appears she's since joined Schweiger Derm. (Perhaps her own practice had failed . . . ?) Warmuth had lots of impressive-looking diplomas and certifs on her walls, but she couldn't seem to diagnose a simple fungal rash to save her life! I thought I'd misheard her when she looked at my smattering of little red bumps and declared she'd need to biopsy it "to know what it was" and therefore provide treatment. LOL! You're kidding me, right? Here's a supposed super-learned skin professional and the first thing she wants to do is saddle me with the additional expense of performing an unnecessary biopsy! Only one of two types of rashes it could be, after all, fungal or allergic--and it certainly wasn't poison ivy. And because I'd had the AF in that same area of my foot before, it was the first thing I'd told her before her quick peek at it. "No," I said. "You're not going to biopsy anything, Doc. Please write me a script for some antibiotic to kill that creeping AT fungus, and I'll be on my way." I'm age 50+ and 5' 4" and 120 pounds. Yet Warmuth was apparently so alarmed that I'd had the temerity to question her procedure (aka: biopsy scam), that she immediately called an assistant into the room just to have someone else present--for protection, I guess--as she wrote the script. I guess I was so stunned that a dermatologist couldn't identify an extremely common rash by sight and was furthermore insisting on doing a biopsy rather than to simply prescribe some cream that maybe some disgust was evident in my voice when I declined to enrich her further? So I took my script and beat it out of there (never to return). After four days of using the antibiotic, the rash completely disappeared. Voila!

The receptionist was really sweet and seemed genuinely happy to help me. Dr. Freedman and his staff were very professional and also down to earth which made them very easy to talk/relate to. You can tell that he cares about his patients just by how he talks to you and makes sure you understand everything going on. I am heavily tattooed and my dermatologists before seemed to just skim over the tattooed areas, but Dr. Freedman really took his time to cover every inch of tattooed areas. Very happy I finally found a place I feel comfortable going to.

I sat in Dr. Buck's waiting room for 2 & 1/2 hours with 15 other people waiting to see her. No explanation or apology, even when I asked at reception. Finally got in to see her, nurse told me to undress, and Dr. Buck appeared dressed in a fancy maxi skirt (before they were back in style), lots of make-up considering it was not a formal evening event, very over dressed. She counted like 24 moles that she wanted to test, by shaving the top of it off and sending it for a biopsy. She wanted to do one right away and did. It was painless and healed well. Seemed like a lot of procedures to me. She told me to make an appointment. I asked her to look at a small rash in my arm pit. She said she only did 1 thing per appt. Well that was my limit. I said "You mean I have to come back and wait 2 & a half hours for you to look at a small rash?" She agreed to look at it. Within one minute she asked if when I shaved did I leave the razor in my shower? Yes I did. She said it was a reaction to mold and mildew and I should buy a cream at reception and stop leaving the razor in the shower. Easy answer, very fast, what a fuss over one minute. I had another question about my rosacea, but decided not to go thru it because her demeanor became even colder than before. She clearly resented that I criticized the policy and the wait time, and had the gall to ask her to look at another problem I was having. Btw, I am extremely polite to everyone unless they are mean or treat me badly, then I stick up for myself. I bought the cream, did not make another appt., and left to find a different dr. I have never known a dr. who would not check on a small easy second health issue nor had I ever seen a dr working at her office dressed so formally. The office never called me to give me results or try to get me in. The only positive thing I can say is my 90 year old father likes her because she's pretty. She is. Looks don't make a person smart and heavy evening style makeup and over dressing does not instill confidence, it's just uncomfortable and made me wonder if the elevator went to the top floor. I can't recommend her unless you just want to see what she looks like and don't care how you are treated. Thats not on my list of important qualities in a dr. Sorry. I don't like writing this but it's true.

She's also exceptionally personable and despite having a maxed out patient load of countless patients, she remembers everything we ever talk about. I've never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes (usually less) to be taken back to a room and be seen in the 19 years I've been going to her. As for the complaints in reviews below mine - you're there for a dermatology visit, why would they be checking your blood pressure? Rude receptionist? They've been pleasant and helpful for the nearly 20 years I've been there - maybe it's you?

When I called to understand what happened, I was told that it was "okay for someone else to cancel on my behalf"--which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to help, the staff was rude and dismissive, and the situation escalated to the point where I ended up in an argument with the manager. Rather than taking responsibility, they doubled down on their attitude and showed zero empathy or accountability. This is not how patients should be treated, especially when it comes to their time and healthcare. I expected basic respect and clear communication, and sadly, this office failed on both fronts. Oh did I forget to mention at the end the manager hang up the phone on me.

When I called Moorestown Derm to also let them know that the pharmacy was waiting for a callback, they said they wouldn't be able to take care of it until the end of the day, which means I won't be able to get my medication (likely) until tomorrow... four days after my appointment. The staff person I spoke to didn't seem to care that I've been waiting for them to sent the correct prescription. If I thought it would make a difference, I'd call back to ask for the office manager or practice owner but I doubt it would do any good. Very disappointed.

I have had a chronic skin condition (psoriasis/eczema related) which has been very debilitating and difficult. After many years of needing help, I have finally found relief in her treatment protocol. It has been trial and error, which is how this can go. But Janet has patiently found a way to get me relief and remission (hopefully permanent). Janet also coordinating with another dr (sadly it's a rarity nowadays to get that coordination). I also find the front desk to be truly amazing- some of the scripts are very expensive. They hunted down a pharmacy for me, (Stines) which saved me $370 on a script. That is so beyond any service I've had at a prior doctors office. Such an efficient and caring practice.
