It was exceedingly quick and non-eventful, and I didn't feel especially positive or negative afterward so I skipped leaving a review. Fast forward a couple years, and I develop a rash in my armpit and a cyst on my thigh all within a few weeks of one another. The rash was getting worse so I decided to make an appointment with a skin specialist. On the day I decided to do this, the office was closed, but I found you could schedule your own appointment via ZocDoc, which I did, for the very next day! The front desk staff were extremely nice, and the medical assistant who worked with me was even more kind. I'm kinda mad at myself that I forgot her name, but she was great. Ari Gordon was the PA who saw me, and he gave me answers/advice/prescriptions for all of my problems. While I was there I figured I'd also get a wart on my toe treated, which he did while doing his best to be supportive through the surprising amount of pain the cryotherapy caused. I have a follow-up scheduled with him in a few weeks and can now confidently say I had a good experience here and will be back! The whole process was very convenient and low-stress.

I scheduled my appointment over the phone, gave my insurance information. When arriving was told, we don't take your insurance. Their computer system is screwed up! And that's when it went downhill. Receptionist dismissed me and told me "too bad". She handed me all my info back, dismissing me. I said I'll self-pay. They treated me like some pariah. "He's self pay", I heard that so many times. When the tech came out, reception called her over, loudly, he's self Pay. In the exam room, "he's self pay, we don't recognize issues, with self pay. Repeat, multiple times, he's self pay. $359.00later I walked out feeling vandalized! $155.00 for for showing up! They had my insurance info, but it's wrong in their system! All for a skin check for screening, and a growth on my nose, near my eye. $204.00 for the pathology report, which I have to go back, at $125.00 to get the results! Never again!
