This review is about an exterior home painting job, which was highly satisfying to say the least (Yelp reports us in SFO but we're Chicagoland). The entire CertaPro Painters® of Homewood and Kankakee County, IL, team far surpassed our expectations. Rob leads the show, and was a careful listener who began the process for us with his timely, informative, and no-cost estimate. He took his time teaching us, seeking our position and thoughts, and sharing lessons and solutions. He brought numerous color samples to test on our surfaces. He quickly turned around an estimate that was not only competitive and fair, but didn't change one cent by the time the job completed. Within days (!) Rob's team of Jesse and Isaac arrived on time and ready to roll. All three CertaPro guys treated our property as their own, though Jesse and Isaac were the ones to spend days here, and then return without additional costs to perfect their quality work (we're as demanding as you likely are with your home's appearance). Jesse and Isaac really hoofed it. Day in and out they were here early, barely seemed to take a break, and worked and worked. They entirely respected that inside the house remote working was going on, so essentially just kept their heads down and their rollers turning. Still, we had nice convos with them here and there, and their senses of humor reflected that they enjoyed plying their craft. All told, what for us was an important, big project that would make anyone nervous about entrusting a contractor to our property, felt like a partnership with Rob, Jesse, and Isaac. If you opt to engage CertaPro for an estimate, Rob will likely ask you, "What is the one thing that's most important to you"? We answered, "Professionalism," which envelops everything from job quality to personalities. These three professionals checked every box.
