My better half found this company and set up an appointment to go and see what color of granite they had to offer. She arrived at their office and was met by Ariel and Debbie, who were awesome and helped us along the way. We were instructed to visit a company that offers all types of natural stones in all colors. Luckily we were able to find the color we were looking for and advised Full Service and the process began to get an estimate and set up a date to have the project completed. This is a truly professional company with lots of knowledge with the natural stone industry. Ariel measured everything perfectly and no problems were encountered. The crew arrived and began the demo and creating the new kitchen, they were very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this company for any home remodeling project.. I hired them to paint several rooms and install a wallpaper accent wall. The wallpaper installation was done poorly--the pattern didn't come close to lining up, making the result look unprofessional. They acknowledged the issue and agreed to repurchase the wallpaper and redo the work, but then failed to follow through properly. They didn't purchase enough materials and left the job unfinished. Communication was just as frustrating. Partway through the project, Diego stopped responding entirely. I spent months calling and texting to try to resolve the situation and align on next steps. Eventually, someone claiming to be his assistant contacted me via WhatsApp to say he would not be calling me back. Overall, the lack of workmanship, accountability, and communication made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this contractor.
