She explained the techniques she was using, but also informs you of ways to make it work at home for you. Her pointers for how to style your hair based on how much time, resources, etc. you may have are extremely reasonable and helpful. After drying for a short time she comes back and loosens up your curls and plays with them to develop a gorgeous finished product. I've never been happier with a cut!
