I came in and instantly the nail tech was rushing... my nails r crooked, lumpy, thick, and sloppy. He was rushing the whole time, talking on his phone on speaker, talking to the other techs the whole time just not paying attention to what he was doing... I came in with better nails after 3 weeks of wear and grow out than I left with.... (PS I asked for short, sharp square nails and shower a photo so there was 0 confusion) I have a trip in 2 days and don't even have time to fix them... they charged me $55 for this. Unfortunately, after reading the other one-star reviews, my experience doesn't appear to be unique. This place is so unprofessional. I had an awful experience with the technician, Su. She was so impatient and rude to me. I was just sitting there when I asked her which color was a brighter orange, and she aggressively responded, "It's a personal choice. I'm not you." I was so confused. Her whole demeanor was rude and aggressive throughout the entire session. She cut me and made me bleed twice. I asked her to be careful the first time, and instead of apologizing, she looked like she took offense to it, completely disregarded me, and then continued to cut my other finger. She didn't even bother offering me antiseptic or anything to clean the cuts. At that point, I just wanted to leave. When I told the guy at the front desk, he said he had overheard everything and apologized for her behavior. He said, "I don't know if she's having a bad day or personal problems." I thought to myself, even if she was, that doesn't mean you should take it out on your customer. The whole situation was bizarre, uncomfortable, and awkward. He told me that next time the manager would do my nails and take care of me. I don't know why, but I was open to giving it another chance. When I called to make an appointment with the manager, the same technician, Su, happened to answer the phone and refused to let me speak to the manager. She continued to be rude and said, "You should make sure to choose the color before you come in," as if it was somehow my fault she made me bleed. It was so strange. Then, out of nowhere, she said, "I'M NOT RACIST." That's when it clicked. Nobody deserves to be treated this way. Greeted upon entry and appointment confirmed. Picked the color for a pedicure and they had the chair prepared by the time I was done. Water temp was perfect and got a Vietnamese coffee. The pedi did start after the appointment time by ten minutes or so. Overall the pedicure was pretty standard. Nothing to highlight.
