I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. I have never been spoken too by a vet office the way Kelly spoke to me. We kindly requested a refund due to the fact that we were misinformed by her staff. It worries me that a person like this works in a space that cares for animals. In an animal hospital, many people need a warm, kind spirit to guide them through potentially difficult times. Kelly is very far from that. This was our first time coming and we certainly won't be back. I would fear leaving my animals here alone.
