And finally, it came... we had received an e-mail from him stating that he would be charging us over $1500 for installing six Rubbermaid shelves. This low life was not open enough with his clients to say he was not interested in the project anymore. Obviously, not enough in it for him to make it worth his while. I have serious questions for Home Depot but more than anything for Mr. Perrin. Who does that? What kind of work ethics does he support? A guy with a huge ego and no substance. Avoid him.

But he is always in Mexico or out of town and has no one to come and attend roof leak emergencies. When he returns from his trip, he comes and patched up the roof with caulking. It has been three years and the roof is still leaking and he has not done anything to fix his poor roof replacement work. He has not repaired our soaking ceiling. Today, I had to call another roofer to go up and inspect. We found out the roof was not installed correctly and the whole thing has to be redone.
