My advice is to avoid industrious and select a more flexible provider.

The staff are also knowledgable and friendly -- they let me try a little of the nitro shandy before committing. I like that there's a lot of natural light and big windows. I got a cappuccino and others in my group got the black sesame latte, black coffee and the london fog overnight oats with prune jam and pecans. Cappuccino was well made and tasty. Their breakfast sandwiches and coffee lattes are also good. However, the overall aesthetic is quite outdated and they should remove the nasty stained carpet and replace it with hard flooring. It's not pleasing to look down and see all the dirty stains when your eating-it's gross. The decor, including the stuffed bear on the piano, feels a bit old-fashioned. Additionally, there was an electric fireplace in the middle of the wall that looked out of place and bizarre. This place could use a brightening up to make it more inviting. It's spacious with plenty of seating, but it could definitely benefit from a refresh to create a more welcoming atmosphere.
