They followed up often with the subcontractors to make sure they were getting done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The subcontractor they found was really good to work with also. My only suggestion is that they need to be more clear in communicating to the subcontractors about the work to be performed so that the homeowner doesn't have to explain things twice or watch for errors. From the very beginning, Trevor Rodden was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Trevor met with my insurance adjuster and was instrumental in helping get my claim approved. He guided me through the entire process, answered all of my many questions, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. The SR1 Roofing crews were outstanding. They always arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and maintained positive attitudes while completing the project. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the materials used were clearly top-notch. My new roof looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence in the quality of the installation. What impressed me most is that Trevor earned my business through the quality of his work and reputation--not through aggressive sales tactics. Like many homeowners after a storm, I had numerous roofing companies knocking on my door. Trevor never did. I reached out to him after seeing the outstanding work SR1 Roofing had completed on several homes in my neighborhood. That professionalism and confidence in their work spoke volumes. If you are looking for a roofing company that is honest, responsive, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality results, I highly recommend Trevor Rodden and the entire SR1 Roofing team. They exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors. Mike Whitacre

Review for Johnny Walker Roofing & Construction…read more I reached out to Johnny Walker Roofing & Construction for an estimate on storm damage to my property. I initially scheduled an appointment with Josh, the project manager, for 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17th. However, he later contacted me to say that time wouldn't work, and we rescheduled for 10:00 a.m. Then, on the morning of March 17th, I received a message from Josh at 8:30 a.m. saying he was already on his way. This was frustrating because not only did he change the original appointment, but he then disregarded the agreed-upon time and showed up even earlier without checking if it worked for me. I'm not a morning person, and I value my time--I expect the same level of respect in return. To make matters worse, after I sent multiple texts asking about other available dates since that day no longer worked for me, I received no response. Roofing companies are everywhere, and thankfully, I found one that treats me with professionalism and respect. If you're considering doing business with this company, think twice. Communication and reliability matter.
