So…read moreI went and bought three phones from the North Branch store when I was visiting from Texas and had an amazing experience. I have an elderly MIL that lives up there that has no service and I am out of state. I'm trying to get them to assist her *with* me on the phone and they are completely rude to her and curt & rude to me over the phone. Tell me "they don't have time to help, they deal with this all day" - I could hear them raising their voices with an elderly person and then get attitude with me, and all I need is just a LITTLE help from them because we are dealing with an 80+ year-old. I spent & spend a lot of money on this plan w 3 iPhones since Verizon is the only service that works on her property and it is a safety reason. Thankfully we will absolutely not service at this store any further and be sure to only give our business to North branch where they actually care about customer service. It is super sad to see that people in the service industry such as yourselves still exist. This is specifically for the staff working on March 30, 2024 in the evening. Sad sad sad. I sure hope people don't treat your parents like this when they need help. Now she calls me back and tells me that y'all want to charge her $50. This is absolutely silly.

We then went to the Cambridge Minnesota verizon wireless store. Mailed a fragile package through PH for, firstly, an obscene amount of money. I chose PH due to the…read morefact it uses many differing courier companies for the best deal I could find. I had called my local Postmaster to inquire how to package this fragile parcel. He instructed me on what best practice would be, and I followed it to the letter. Mailed the package, and it arrived at its destination with a HOLE punched THROUGH the center of the package, contents completely destroyed. PH will not refund the cost of shipping because "my package was not professionally packaged." I guess I wasn't aware that to mail fragile parcels in the United States they now have to be professionally packaged? I wasn't even told my parcel needed to be professionally packaged, was not informed of a policy, or even hinted at that it wasn't packaged appropriately. No. PH 100% doesn't stand behind their own services of handling with care. Not even a long shot.
