I moved into my house this spring and quickly realized my backyard was a Jungle! Greg was the first tree servicer to answer the phone, first one to make it to my house and after 5+ estimates his company was by FAR the most affordable option! Greg and his crew carefully removed multiple spruce trees, an elm, a mulberry tree, trimmed down my shrubbery jungle and removed some pretty dangerous dead wood from 3 very large cottonwood trees on my property in record time. Clean up was completed beautifully! I am still in awe of the Transformation

During the initial quote estimate, they mentioned two (new) trees in close proximity to the yard that might have to be moved because of the equipment needing to be put in. I was prepared to dig around one to increase room, but it wasn't needed. Very detailed with pointing out why the tree had to come down! I received a written estimate via email later that day after we'd discussed. A post-cut walkthrough was done, which they initiated. Residual stump was maybe 5" tall. Definitely lower than stumps from a previous treecutter from several years ago. Obviously this can vary per tree based on conditions, but being so close to a fence, I couldn't help but to be impressed by how low to the ground they could get and how evenly-cut across it was. Really nicely done all around. Some residual sawdust is inevitable, but that's inevitable and the amount of time on cleanup they did was impressive. They even replaced the fencing I had put up to keep the deer away from the newly planted tree. Wasn't expecting that. :) Very impressed with the quality of work. Very professional and informative. Highly recommended. Thank you much!!

Very friendly, local people that took care of something I wasnt comfortable doing. Larry's decades of experience in the industry certainly showed! Thank you so much Overgrown Tree Service! I was told that the would make it right and now they won't. So I still want everyone out there to see what you may have to deal with of you chose this company... Messages are from his girlfriend since he don't know how to communicate on his own behalf. Paid to have trees trimmed, paid upfront, he did some the first day good. BUT... then he didn't come back for over 3 weeks, and when he did he didn't clean any of the branches or brush away. Was suppose to return within a couple days and didn't show up for about a month still didn't clean anything. Very upset! Job never got fully finished. I was left with a huge mess. Now the city is fining me on the mess so on top of what we paid him we now have a fine. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We don't ever get a call back or any type of response from Matt the owner. Now there is more, I was told he would clean up the mess and give a refund come to find out NOPE he did come finally clean today but offered me a $1 refund. Not good! Then came back with he will pay the fine and that's all, Not good! I want the refund like I was offered to take down my negative posts and comment. However ALL should know how this company works... pictures to show..

Chris and his team were Phenomenal! Customer service way better than any of the rest we contacted…read more Quote was fast and below half of what everyone else was quoting us. From time of the quote to time of service was, I think unheard of, 5 days! We purchased a property fall of 2021, and it had at least a dozen 70â to 80â trees and half of them were branching out over the house and leaning towards the house. Two weeks after we closed on it a huge branch fell on the outside boiler, which we then were unable to use for the winter. Since then we had been looking for an affordable and safe way to remove the trees from around the house. After months of searching and extraordinary price quotes we were recommended to Chris and his team. We called for a quote and unexpectedly he was able to be there the same day for it! Then came back the next day with a co-worker to double check how to do it safe and affordable for us. The quote ended up being over less than half of all the other quotes we had been given! Not only that but he then said he and his crew could be there and start with in 5 days, our minds were blown! They were fast safe and clean. We told them we just wanted the trees down and weâ d take care of the rest. They went above and beyond by chunking it up and making nice piles! They were extremely kind and really down to earth good people! I would recommend them to anyone especially if they have been hit hard in the economy like we had. Thank you Chris and your team!!!!
