He had great ideas for our outdoor lighting solution and did a nice job replacing our panel. About 16 months after services were performed, our outdoor photocell went bad. First attempt at contacting him was ignored, so after a week I tried again and he responded saying he'd be here on November 18th to replace the faulty photocell. He never showed up, and I have made several text and email attempts with no response. Our outdoor lights have been burning for six months now, so I will have to replace it myself. Thanks a lot, Kevin!

It was easy to schedule with KW Electric and they were able to fit me in within a week. The work itself was done very quickly and they were amazing at cleaning up after themselves (they brought a sheet, dustpan, broom)! I have some more work I need done in the future and Kevin will be who I call! He was personable, did great at explaining things and lived up to his quoted price! WELL DONE! A++++++

We've tried to use this location in the past and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. So…read moreI went and bought three phones from the North Branch store when I was visiting from Texas and had an amazing experience. I have an elderly MIL that lives up there that has no service and I am out of state. I'm trying to get them to assist her *with* me on the phone and they are completely rude to her and curt & rude to me over the phone. Tell me "they don't have time to help, they deal with this all day" - I could hear them raising their voices with an elderly person and then get attitude with me, and all I need is just a LITTLE help from them because we are dealing with an 80+ year-old. I spent & spend a lot of money on this plan w 3 iPhones since Verizon is the only service that works on her property and it is a safety reason. Thankfully we will absolutely not service at this store any further and be sure to only give our business to North branch where they actually care about customer service. It is super sad to see that people in the service industry such as yourselves still exist. This is specifically for the staff working on March 30, 2024 in the evening. Sad sad sad. I sure hope people don't treat your parents like this when they need help. Now she calls me back and tells me that y'all want to charge her $50. This is absolutely silly.

I would not recommend Dupont Decks based on my experience…read more I invested nearly $55,000 in a custom deck, including paying thousands of dollars extra for the structural requirements necessary to support a future four-season porch. That future porch wasn't just a verbal discussion--it was specifically included in my contract and was a major reason I chose this company. Unfortunately, the workmanship has been disappointing from the beginning. The deck boards are uneven and improperly installed, allowing water to pool and collect against the house. There are noticeable gaps in trim and wrapping, the stairs have settled and developed a dip that has caused the railing to bow, and even the stair lights have begun pulling out because of the movement. Whenever I raised concerns, I was repeatedly told everything looked fine or that I needed to wait over a year for the deck to "settle." When the problems continued, the responsibility shifted to me instead of the workmanship. The most disappointing discovery came later. I recently learned that the deck did not pass the county requirements for supporting the future four-season porch that was included in my contract. I now have to spend thousands of additional dollars correcting work that should have been completed properly from the start. What frustrates me most isn't that problems occurred--construction projects can have issues. It's the unwillingness to accept responsibility and the repeated attempts to explain away legitimate concerns rather than deliver the quality and contractual obligations I paid for. For such a significant investment, I expected quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a company that would stand behind its work. Instead, I was left with ongoing workmanship issues, additional unexpected expenses, and a deck that has fallen well short of what was promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dupont Decks.
