We were all extremely anxious about the kids, going to different after parties and traveling around. He kept in communication with us, updated us with any changes, and got the kids safely from point A to point B which we were thrilled about. Fyi, some of those corporate limo services just act corporate I should know my work uses them. I need a personal touch. Someone I can talk directly to and tell them what I need and they go beyond your expectations. Rates are great trust me I got quotes from 12 different car services. Most have high rates due to being summer or they didn't have any SUVs available. The first time, they got me a 2020 Cadillac Escalade, my bro and niece was blown away when we picked them up at LAX, trust there were jaws dropping. Haha. We had brunch in Venice, check out stars @Hollywood & Highland, and lastly killer views of the entire city of LA at the Griffith Observatory, that place is insanely beautiful! (Blocked 5hrs service). The 2nd time I used them, they got me a 2021 Chevy Suburban. This day I wanted to take my niece to Orange County(ssh The OC, I call the real LA haha). This is about an hour and a half from LA. We had brunch and spent two hrs beach tanning in Laguna Beach. Checked out Balboa Island and Newport Beach Pier, beautiful lots of crowds. (Blocked 7hrs service). Highlights of the professional service you get with them: 1) Let's start with JACK, the owner. I have never met the guy but he is the NICEST person on the text and on the phone. You tell him exactly what you want when you want it there, and what ride you want to be in. Limo, Cadillac, Suburban, texts, or Lincoln Navigators. He will get you the newest model. His genuinely nice approach to hospitality is off the charts, he text me and told me details and what to expect with my bill. No hidden cost. It was a slight challenge in the beginning to locate the actual office since it's in a shared space however, once I was in the right place it was smooth sailing from there! I presented my vision and the team worked with me from day one to bring it to life.
