Electric doctor called the day before the installation date and stated that the parts were still in Chicago. Mind you I booked this way in advance and they cashed my check deposit. So no one called me for a follow up so I called back and told exact words it's not their fault they can t control shipping. Mind you I was a little upset and stated well if you had good customer service you would go pickup the parts as they are only in Chicago. I was then told I was being rude...wait this gets better. My husband calls today September 22nd as they did not have the courtesy to give us an update and wait for it...now they tell us the parts are in Canada after my husband was going to drive and pickup the parts in Chicago. I understand shipping but I booked in advance as I wanted my husband home and I took an extra day off from work and still no date of when the installation will take place and no apologies.
