Our company had been trying to collect from one of our customers for many years with no luck. One day I received a call from Century Collections and decided to give them a try. Peter Bishop was assigned our case and he managed to break through where we could not. He collected over $39000.00 that was owed to us. I sent them a check for their fee and I was very impressed that they did not cash my check until we received our payment. Peter was very professional and stayed right on top of the situation. I would use their services again if ever needed. I would highly recommend their services. Verna M Sher Albuquerque, NM read more

I was originally told they had funds frozen for me to collect once they received my retainer of $ 4075.00. This was a lie. Several months went by. They strung me along until the debtor dissolved his company. I was promised by Terry Williams the funds would be frozen that day. This company is a scam. read more

If a ZERO was available, that would be their grade! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS WHO ASK FOR $$$ UP FRONT CLAIMING FOR COURT FILING FEES, then disappear. Their phone number was disconnected and didn't work, they text you sarcastic text messages that say "good luck" when asking for status, and then they play games with you forever! They reached out to me claiming to be able to fulfill my judgements. So I tried them out years ago. $750 dollars later and 6 years later im left holding an expired judgment that they didn't collect on and the other two they swear they need money to continue. They're a joke and hire mealy mouth cholo and gangsta wannabes. They called me today saying that I'm a "bitch"? I laughed and told him to stop calling from a restricted number. So he hung up and called me from their "office" number. Lol, if they had any balls instead of just gargling them they'd call from their personal numbers. Not so tuff anymore right??? read more

I called this company to help me with a job that I was not paid for in over a year. Abigail was amazing. I emailed fer and right away she got started on my request. We were emailing back and forth in the beginning before i was ready to turn it over to collections and she was so patience with my flopping back and forth with the Owner and Property manager. I highly recommend this company if you are having trouble getting your money from companies or personally. I definitely will be using their services again in the future. 10 stars.... read more

Confirm. I was a customer with you guys and now know better and my credit still paying for it.

Century debt solutions, H, w, and D C, This is Cash French the owner of Bay Area Waterscapes. We paid you $3,750 to collect money from one person who owed us $2,750. You said clearly that they said they would not pay and you had this recorded. Since then you say that this is not true. This lie is terms for being barred. We realized that this was an estimate we sent yet this work was never performed and we never sent them an invoice. Since then you mentioned that you have no recording of the call which is completely unacceptable. We are going on to this next step if our money is not refunded ASAP (going to the Bar association). You mentioned that there are several people who you said have paid the money they owed. We have not received any money to date and we hired you to help us out months ago. The matter of which you have handled helping us leaves much to be desired. We would like a call from your office and a plan of action so we know when we can discuss this and have this misunderstanding resolved. Warm regards, Cash French Bay Area Waterscapes 415-994-4555 read more

We talked to Century about a debt owed to us for $8,000. Initially the phone conversation was pleasant and they told us in order to get our money back we would need to sue the debtor. They asked me for $5,000 attorney and court filing fees. I was skeptical then because no fool would spend good money going after bad money. Then they said they can also put us on no recovery no fee program. I didn't agree or hired them. About 3 months later, I got a call from our debtor taking us to court after they settled with Century Debt solutions. Now, we never hired or authorized Century to collect on our behalf. I immediately called Century and was told that they had collected $4,000 from the debtor and they owed us $1,000. They deducted $3,000(for collection fees) from the $4,000 unauthorized collection and was going to mail us a check for $1,000 to get rid of me. I asked them who authorized them to collect on my behalf. They said I did and email me a contract with a fraudulent signature that was completely not mine. I am like, this is illegal and they said nope, it was in pdf esign. But I never hired them!! My $8,000 was not collected, I am being sued by my debtor for agreeing to a $8,000 debt for $4,000 then going after them for full balance. Century solution threatened to ruin their credit if they didn't pay the final balance. Initially Century t they told my customer they would accept $4,000 as full settlement. After the $4,000 was paid Century went after them for the balance. They also told my debtor there was a "missed communication". I would say this again. Century was never authorized to collect on my behalf nor would I accept partial payment! This is what I called an INTENTION to defraud. And where is Century? Never heard from them again and my calls was put on hold for over an hour each time I called. To all those prospective customers. Stay away from this company. Century would do everything including illegal acts just to make money. They are not your solution to debt collection. Just a never ending nightmare. I've hired an attorney to go after them. Then our attorney discovered the attorney they told us, was never an attorney. Would you believe this? Using a fake attorney to threaten people. These people are thieves! read more

Needed a loan so I spoke to an Adam Mullen and he gave me some #'s on a loan that didn't make sense. So, I did a Google search and found out that it's a debt consolidation company. Not once did he mention that. This would have ruined my credit because they make a deal with the debtor, charge 25% and it will say " settled for less than owed " on your credit report, which will ruin your credit for years. They are definitely a bad place to get help with your debt. I had to drop the program due to worsening financial problems, and when I closed out my account, they had paid themselves over $300, and paid my creditors exactly $2 when I tried to complain, they stated they earned the over 300 in fees because they made a single payment for 2 debts, ($1 each) but those payments were only for a single dollar each! How do they get away with this?! I know that the contract says they have earned the fee after the first payment, but this is ridiculous! read more

DO NOT call Century Debt Solutions!! They are rip-off artists who make you give them money, so they can "go get" what you've already lost, only to get you NO results, except losing more money. This company has the worst customer service! I've used a few collection agencies in the past 35 yrs. Sean Chase is a crude and disrespectful employee!! He called me names because I wouldn't pay them $7000.00 to collect an old debt. I explained we had agreed on a contingency commission basis. I explained I would not put up good $ to chase bad $ when they agreed to work on commission . He acted like a child that did NOT get his way!!! We reached out to this company to help us settle a few debts we had with a few customers. They always said they were very persistent in calling and following up with the customers however we never recieved any payments on there part. After we took it upon ourselves and managed to collect payment for one of the said customers, Century Debt Solution now demanded their 20%. They have not stopped constantly harassing us for payment, which is how they should have harassed said customers. They are very unproffesional and not a good company at all to rely your debt on. read more

Finally, a site to express my appreciation to this company. Century Debt Solutions Inc., has helped my and my business with countless debtors who refused to pay for whatever reason. I cannot believe I am taking the time to write a review on a Debt Collection Agency that was attempting to collect a supposed debt owed to their client. I never write reviews, good or bad. But in this case, I have to show some appreciation to Century Debt Solutions for their approach in realizing when a debt does not have enough proof for them the take it on. In most all their testimonials, they are from those trying to collect a debt and Century obviously preformed well for them. In my case, I was on the other side of the fence but Century took the time to review documents sent to them both from their client and from me. My task was to prove the debt was not legal. Century did their investigation and determined they actually did not have the proof needed to continue an attempt to collect and close the account. Now that doesn't mean that if you actually owe a debt this will help you. Their business is to get you to pay a debt or work it out with you to help diminish it over time. I guess what I am trying to illustrate is that not all Debt Collectors are evil and out to destroy your credit. Century Debt Solutions, in my opinion, had the integrity and honor to see a wrongful claim against a debtor and resolved it with no further action against me. I am impressed..... read more

BEWARE OF DAVID LITTLETON!!! This company cold called me for about a year until I finally let them take my case for a 20% collecting fee the customer only owed 2,250 and the debt was 5 years old I told them I didn't want to spend any money chasing bad debt they said I wouldn't have to after I signed the papers I was contacted by an employee named DAVID LITTLETON who lied threw his teeth about everything scamming me out of money don't trust him. he told me the debtor had about 30,000 in two separate accounts and he would need about 1,500 dollars to hire an attorney to get me minimum of 5,500 which consist of debt owed, late fees and my lawyer fees if we settled out of court or 8,000 if we went to court so thats what the agreement was after sending them the money and signing power of attorney to them to act on the agreed terms they ended up taking a settlement of the owed amount not the amount discussed they ended up with the 1,500 and than another 1,125 sent me a check for 1,125 so not only did I lose all my money owed but another 375 dollars I was better off taking a bath on the owed debt don't hire this company they have hidden fees like if they hire a lawyer which they instantly do it turns to 50% and do as they please BEWARE!!!!! This company Lies, cheats and steals and told me that I was one client in thousands and I didn't matter to them read more

Century Debt Solutions, Inc. is my new favorite account receivable solution! I was originally referred to CDS, Inc. by my plumber, Gary to help me collect on a few outstanding accounts owed to me by my clients (I'm in the textile industry). At first I was skeptical to turn over my past due accounts to CDS, Inc. but Gary assured me these guys were the real deal as they were able to collect money owed to him for his plumbing services from a person that had actually moved out of the State of Connecticut relocating in New York! I was impressed with Gary's success story and was too busy with our hectic year end seasonal sale to devote time to collecting the money owed to me on my own. So, I decided to start CDS, Inc. with two of my past due accounts. I called and explained to Christina how I sold over 6,000 meters of fabric to these out of state apparel companies that never paid me for the textile supplies or shipping expenses I incurred. Christina gave me a reasonable low collection rate and asked me for 60 days to initiate demand for payment. I signed her contract and faxed it back to her along with my two invoices, signed contracts, and shipping confirmation slips the last week of October 2015. I got so tied up with the demanding year end madness and beginning of a new year that I forgot to call Christina back to find out the status of my cases. One afternoon in early February, I opened my mail box and was pleasantly surprised to find a check from Century Debt Solutions, Inc. for almost $4,700.00! It was a check for one of the accounts I turned over, it turns out, they were able to collect and this check represented my percentage of the proceeds collected. I'm so grateful to CDS, Inc. for helping me collect since I had spent well over 2 years calling and emailing my client trying to secure payment to no avail. When it comes to debt collecting, leave it to the pros and call Century Debt Solutions, Inc. I only wish Gary would have told me about CDS, Inc. sooner, it would have saved me a lot of time much needed to focus on running my business and leave the debt collecting to them. They are true masters of their craft, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because I'm still waiting for results on the 5 new accounts I just submitted but so far, so good: 2 accounts successfully collected, 5 more to go. Thank you Century Debt Solutions! :) Beverly Mitchell Farmington, CT read more
