We are Canadians and were looking to purchase a vacation property with very specific criteria in or around the Lake Koocanusa region. Over a number of years, he continued to touch base with us and provide potential properties which met our criteria. Finally we found one that met almost every check. He guided us through the entire process, communicated everything in plain English that allowed us to be informed as to risk, opportunity and overall impact of each decision. We also had a wild ride with the bank we had selected for our mortgage. Michael stepped in when we had lost hope with that bank, communicated with them (regarding an appraisal the bank required and acquired on their own on the property which was far from accurate) and we ended up gaining some traction and were able to complete the process. Side note - Canadians, Don't use RBC for US Property Mortgages.
