Not to mention, we were able to have settlement at the lender's office, convenient to both the buyer and I. There was a snag with the transfer of water service from me to the new owner, which could have been avoided had MTW given clear instructions to both the buyer and I; at any rate, MTW stepped-up to resolve the situation. I challenge any buyer/seller to find a title company in Prince George's County, that matches MTW's level of service and rates. I would certainly recommend them.

Jenn was able to handle some of the bumps in the process with aplomb. Jenn was at all the important inspections and other appointments that were needed for the purchase. She was also able to provide excellent recommendations on tradesman to work with. Most importantly, we found a house that meet all my requirements and I am so happy with the outcome. I would recommend Jenn highly to family, friends and members of the Yelp community.

If you're looking for a real estate agent with expert knowledge of Baltimore-area real estate and who will be an amazing advocate of your best interests throughout the entire process, then Jenn is who you want to work with. Jenn helped us find and purchase our new place in the suburbs and also to sell our condo in Baltimore city. Our first experience working with a real estate agent a few years ago left a lot to be desired, and so we were a lot more careful in choosing an agent the second time around. Jenn was fantastic to work with through both the buying and selling processes, and if we ever need a real estate agent again in the future, we'll definitely ask her to work with us again.

She was very professional , responsive and had wonderful follow-up. If I had a question and she did not know the answer she would research the issue until she found the answer. She is a great asset to team and definitely made the mortgage and home buying process much better. If it was not for Michaelynn my experience would have been much worse. She should really teach a seminar to employees on customer service. If you give out awards I would definitely recommend her for one in recognition of her excellent customer service.

I am a numbers gal and I always want to be able to see where each figure ties to. Elizabeth Warner, our Loan Officer with NVR, went above and beyond for us every single time and I would describe her as nothing short of amazing. She has sat on numerous hour-long calls with me while I ask the same questions in different phrasing until I am certain I understand something. She is patient, extremely personable, and does not make you feel like a nuisance at all, no matter the question! She was always easily accessible and if I couldn't get a hold of her right away she was always back in touch with me on the same business day. I never thought I would be in the place to say I trust a lender, but I truly and wholeheartedly trust this woman and her word, and I know she has done right by us throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a lending team that has your back and makes you feel comfortable and heard throughout your home buying ordeal, look no further than Elizabeth! Every conversation with her has been nothing but pleasant and I am eternally grateful that she was the one to oversee our first time purchasing a home.

Once I declined to upgrade beyond the Quick List Package--or to agree to the 2% commission he was encouraging--his responsiveness changed completely. When I reached out after months without contact, he said he'd call me the next day and didn't. When I followed up, he accused me of "trying to get free advice," became argumentative, and even suggested I move my already-paid-for listing somewhere else. He left me without support on a critical issue. Important things to know: * The Quick List Package offers minimal included help, and small changes often mean extra charges. * Expect to cover the buyer's agent commission, which isn't always explained clearly. * Service quality declines if you don't accept upsells. You might save money at first, but my experience was marked by limited support, added fees, and unprofessional interactions.
