In lieu of that Endeavor accepted a download of my payment history from the condominium management company's web site and a report listing the corresponding withdrawals from my checking account for the same time span. As someone with mobility issues (I will have a second hip replacement in less than 2 weeks) I really appreciated being able to do the signing of the settlement documents from my home via a video conference session. The notary Stephen Seward was patient and took his time to explain everything, answer my questions and was able to provide alternative options for completing the process when we encountered some technical difficulties. According to the Endeavor Title web site: "We have our processes down to a science and have dealt with many unusual circumstances." SO TRUE! "We guarantee that every client will leave the settlement table happy and satisfied". I AM VERY HAPPY. Kudos to and exemplary staff providing stellar services to their clients.
