We were also very appreciative of how she made herself available to us at any time if we had questions or needed to fill out paperwork. It was great working with Deb and we strongly recommend her to others. Oh and her website was the best we found for tracking real estate activity. Real Property Management Commonwealth is one of the most pathetic property managers I have ever…read moredealt with in my decade of living in the Boston area. The landlord hired RPM-C after we first moved into our apartment (within days) because of multiple issues - including Central AC needing to be replaced, pipes leaking, and washer/dryer leaking and broken. Over 3 months later, none of the above issues were fully addressed. Specifically the Central HVAC needing to be replaced (above upstairs bathroom). All the while, communication was horrible. Contractors were showing up at 7 AM unannounced, property manager nowhere to be found, texts messages unanswered. We were forced to manage the property and manage the project, all the while without access to an upstairs bathroom and AC during hottest months of the year. We eventually ended our lease early due to the ongoing feud with landlord (landlord refused to discount; was likely fed false information from the property manager). Upon exodus, the property management group had the audacity to blame us, the tenants, for all of the issues, byproducts of the issues that we inherited upon entering the lease only 3 months prior. They covered themselves by blaming us, and we did not received our security deposit. You are better off managing a property yourself than employing this pathetic excuse for an organization.

They definitely know what they're doing. They got back to me so fast and everything was done within 24 hours. Quite impressive. If you want to rent your place or make sure that it's in good hands, use this company. They won't let you down. Reasonable prices and now I can kick back and be an absent landlord:) Thanks REAL!!!

First I would like to say how blessed I feel that I was referred to Mr. Eric Vick at Thumbprint…read moreRealty. I was dealing with a particularly difficult home sale. Long story short mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2009. By law she was unable to sign any legal documents including taking her name of the deed to my parents home. My father was later diagnosed with Parkinson's and passed in 2020. The house was now owned solely by my mother. When she passed in 2021 I received a letter from MassHealth stating they had put a lien on her Estate in the amount of $544k to recoup monies spent on her healthcare in the nursing home! Yes they can do this. She had been there for 10 yrs. I was shocked! To say that working with MassHealth to sell the property was difficult is an understatement. They were very allusive and unhelpful. They refused to speak with Eric even though he was my realtor. The selling price of the home solely depended on their final decision. It was very frustrating. They had no written guidelines or rules for the sale. In other words it all came down to what someone at MassHealth decided was a good price. To his credit Eric handled himself professionally throughout the process even though I know it was difficult at times. He continually provided them with offers, which they denied over and over. After some time they accepted an offer and the house was sold. Eric was always available for me to talk to during this time. We had weekly discussions and talked by phone every week sometimes more. I'm sure he knows more than he ever wanted to about selling a home in which MassHealth is involved. I can't thank him enough for sticking with me and being by my side during the long process. I will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy home. He is a wonderful human being. He was my lifeboat in a terrible storm. Thank you Eric! I cannot say enough about how professional, experienced, helpful, knowledgeable and generally excellent to work with Gary was. He guided us through the process (which can be daunting but was smooth and relatively low-stress with Gary's help) from beginning to end. We can only reiterate what the other excellent Yelp reviews have said. Gary was always available to talk over the phone and via email and responded promptly to our MANY questions throughout the process. From the beginning he impressed us with his professionalism by having tailored information packets made up for us when we visited open houses. Gary was very flexible and scheduled viewing appointments around our somewhat hectic schedules. He was an invaluable presence during our home inspection and gave us great advice. The home inspector that Gary recommended was also awesome and carried out an amazingly detailed almost 3 hour inspection (whereas we had a less than one hour inspection with other inspectors before we met Gary) which made us very confident that we were fully informed about our purchase. He checked in on us regularly and seamlessly coordinated the buying process between us, our mortgage broker and our lawyer. Although extremely organised and focused, Gary is also a laid back person which made the whole experience a very pleasant one for us. I have no reservations about HIGHLY recommending Gary and would urge anyone to contact Gary if they are beginning the process of buying a home.

After just talking on the phone & really anxious to get our 1st home search started we agreed to all meet at what would end up being the 1st of MANY house viewing appts. Gary was awesome! Laid back, very experienced, professional and ALWAYS available! As 1st time home buyers we were inexperienced and well yes, pretty "needy." Gary was so patient with us and totally "held our hands" the whole way guiding us step by step through the process. Before narrowing down our search, we had Gary out in Natick, Waltham, Stoneham, & MANY MANY more towns. He spent many of his weekends with us and made time for appt during the week at various times that worked for our schedule. Places that we weren't sure we could get into because of short notice, we got into every time! He knows what he's doing! After seeing many places that did nothing but give all of us a good laugh, we finally found something worth making an offer. Gary worked quick to put the paperwork together & get our offer to the sellers...and again same with the counter offer; ...and again with the next house we put an offer in...& the next one too! Our 3rd house we started the offer process with is now our 1st home! We went with everyone Gary recommended as our buying team. You can be completely comfortable with anyone he recommends & trust his opinion. Our team consisted of Home inspector, Mark George, Cory Miller of Wells Fargo, our lawyer Ali Alavi. ALL INCREDIBLE PEOPLE! From the inspection, necessary repairs, mortgage prep, visits to the house for measurements, all the way to the big day of the final walk through & the closing, Gary kept the whole team moving forward with their pieces of the process in a timely fashion. We have Gary to thank for our wonderful new home! He made the process smooth, and easy! I'd HIGHLY recommend you give him a call if you are in search of a buyers agent! We certainly will be giving his name to any friends and family we know interested in purchasing a home. Thanks for everything Gary! Jen & Jamie
