I should first start of by saying that the team at Centurion not only know what their doing but do a great job at working harmonously. We met the owner, Rick about 2 years ago and we can't stop talking about his team and their customer service level. Based on that lets take a few mins and talk about Carrol the agent we worked with there, shall we. In the midst of moving to a new home, becoming a brand new mom of two babies and being beyond busy, I still feel the overwhelming need to take a time out and share my experience of using Carrol Z's(Yeah her whole last name is too long) services. I have even pondered building a website dedicated to "the awesomeness of Carrol along with other service providers that have exceeded my expectations. Yeah, she's that good. Rarely are you left with such an indelible impression that you proactively seek to report on the good. It's all to easy to gripe, but it's equally important to take the time out to share when it goes right. So, I am excited to have stumbled on Yelp to share my thoughts via this and other social media outlets. My story started back in 2005, right before the height of the housing market. With soooo many buyers at that time, and money being lent hand over fist, it's hard to imagine the level of service my husband and I received considering that we were only purchasing a starter home. Our budget wasn't a big commission-maker and we could have easily been tossed aside for all the people gobbling up ultra inflated homes. But we weren't; it was quite the opposite. I honestly felt like we were his number one clients at all times. Knowing it was our first home buying experience, she walked us through absolutely every nuance of the process with patience and the up-most respect. She showed us home after home after home and never rushed us. She steered us clear of making poor decisions (a la picking a home that has a great paint job and a failing AC unit) and went the extra mile to ensure our long term satisfaction. No matter what tax bracket you're in, Carrol treats you with respect. Here's the thing about Carrol - her service level is like a throw back to when someone's word was their bond....when honor, integrity and respect mattered...and business relationships were earned - not assumed. Even when things were good for realtors - no, make that REAL GOOD, she didn't let an inkling of greed enter her demeanor or process. Can you imagine our surprise when she took off her shoes in our little ole house during the walk through as to not dirty the carpets? By the time our closing came around, we knew we found the perfect home. So her job was done, right? Nope. Not when you have Carrol Z for a realtor. She follows up to make sure you set your sprinklers, that you filed for homestead, that you don't forget to get a replacement bulb for that one that burnt out...you get the point. 5 years later and we still get check ins on maintaining our investment. So, fast forward half a decade in our starter home - A rapidly growing family and several life stage upgrades propel us into the new for a bigger home. But uh oh, we are now amidst the biggest housing crises of our lifetime. Not to worry, it was second nature to pick up the phone to our "go-to home buying/selling guy". As expected, Carrol took care of us. She helped us make an informed decision with our old home and got us into our new dream home. Only this time, we were picky. Real picky. Did she care? Nope, she joined our picky-ness and worked relentlessly to meet our amenities wish list. When months of looking failed to produce my soccer mom haven, we found an alternative. This time, we built our home from scratch and she was there every step of the way. She becomes your advocate in ways that are indescribable - from the builder to the lender to the inspector to the home design team - there wasn't an ounce of getting anything over on us. Carrol makes absolute sure that his clients get what they pay for. The fine print NEVER gets passed her. I can't tell you the amount of times that she fought on our behalf to get what we deserved. Would I recommend Carrol? Why yes. In fact, I do every chance I can get. And I swear on my new maple cabinets that I'm not related to her in any way! Stop looking, these guys are the best real estate agents in Orlando. My wife and I were searching out a place in Downtown Orlando. We were in the process of downsizing from the suburbs (Windmere) and spending half our time in Miami. We had written down about 6 or 7 addresses of buildings we thought we might be interested in but beyond this, did not really know much about the market or about condo living or the various trade offs involved in making this sort of real estate purchase. We contacted another realtor and got nowhere. We were referred to Prithi at Centurion Realty Group and got a call back the same day to set up our initial appointment. We met Prithi and another agent in their office, John. We handed them our list and they knew just by looking at the list the quality, potential and merits of all the properties on the list. They know the market! They emphasized from the beginning they would help us find the right place and would not in any way make us feel pressured. We didn't. We gave them a "wish list" and our price range and they helped us understand what was possible. (In this market, a lot more is possible than once was the case!) Over the next 2-3 months, we made several trips to visit both places on our original list and others that fit our criteria. In all, we probably visited several dozen places. Well, we found our place -- a fabulous loft in Thornton Park! We always felt they were working for us. We got honest assessments and quick responses all the time. When it came time to start making an offer, it happened fast and they helped us with an aggressive offering strategy that paid off for us. Prithi with Centurion is a gem. There are so many things that can make the whole House Hunting experience stressful, but Prithi's expertise made the process so smooth for our family. Being new to the area we were warned to use an Orlando Real Estate Agent. What surprised us was how much more she provided in that area expertise. First of all, she listened. We told her what our main concerns were (school district, access to highways etc) and Prithi's recommended locations what fit the criteria we wanted. She responds so fast to texts or calls. She listened and provided solutions as soon as she had one. Second, Prithi is knowledgeable about houses & the Dr.Phillips/Orlando areas. When we would visit homes, she would point out things that we didn't even think to consider. Especially things like counter tops, floors or even neighborhood information etc. For novices like us, Prithi was a wealth of information. She gave honest information and she didn't try to "dress" things up. Third, Prithi was NEVER pushy. She never pushed us to any specific house/neighborhood, nor did she ever suggest a house that was out of our price range. Everything she would send us remained in our price range. Our previous realtor would send us listings with houses much higher than what we stated or he would take us to visit those houses. Prithi never pressured us to like a house or to buy a house. When you are making one of the biggest purchases/investments of your life, it is imperative that you have a guide who respects your wishes and just makes the journey as painless as possible. That is definitely Prithi. I would work with Prithi again in a heartbeat. She was a pleasure to work with. read more

So the first thing I am going to say is that I was blown away at how well these guys marketed. I saw them everywhere, TV, internet my mailbox(I think I got at least a post card a month from them) and on the radio. So when me and my husband had to sell our home I actually picked up one of the post cards they sent me to find out the value of my home. Long story short, we ended up meeting Rick and his team and they were up front and honest and did everything they promised they would. They have this guarantee that if they didn't sell our home in 59 days they would buy our home from us. We ended up selling our home in 40 days for the price they told us it would sell for.
