She gave us directions to pick up the car trailer and told us if we couldn't find the building to call and she would flag us down. Lauren helped us hook the trailer up, make sure the lights were working, and was so pleasant. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this uhaul and how helpful Lauren has been to us.

After purchasing a used 15' long swim spa I was having trouble finding a way to go get it until I…read morespoke with Joy from Troyz Towing. She stayed in contact with me each day until my seller became available for pickup. Mike the Driver was right on time but neither of us knew what we were in for. The 2800 gallon swim spa was sitting on sand. That was just the first of many obstacles we overcame getting it loaded. Luckily the drive allowed us to cool down before offloading the whale and manueuvering it exactly where I wanted. I aint going to lie, Mike had a few opportunities to bail with good reason when things weren't going my way but his great attitude was exactly the motivation I needed to forge ahead and successfully move a swimming pool without a crew of swimming pool movers. Thanks Joy and Mike, Lloyd Forehand (15' swim spa)

I ordered a bag frame directly from Toro for my push mower, thinking it might solve the problem I…read morewas having. It didn't, so I needed to return it. Toro's return process was a little unusual: I was instructed to take the part to a local authorized repair shop, which would then return it to Toro so my credit card could be refunded. I took the part to Ronnie's Repair Shop, assuming this was a process they were familiar with since Toro specifically directed me there. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that they were not expecting this type of return. The employees tried to work through the paperwork, but I felt almost immediately as though I had somehow created a problem simply by following Toro's instructions. While I was there, I also tried to ask whether anyone could give me some guidance about what might actually be wrong with my mower. I asked two of the men behind the counter, but neither was particularly helpful. One simply looked at me as though he had no idea what I was talking about and didn't respond. The other wasn't able to offer much assistance either. I want to be fair: Zoey was the person I had been communicating with, and I appreciate the effort she made to help with the return. I also appreciate that the employees did ultimately take the part and work through the situation. My frustration is with the overall experience and, particularly, how unwelcome I felt while trying to follow the return instructions Toro had given me. Today I called to let them know that Toro was refunding my account and that the shop could keep or dispose of the part. Zoey was off, so I asked the gentleman who answered if he could give me the other employee's name so I could properly thank her. He told me to call back tomorrow. At that point, I decided I really didn't want to make another phone call just to close out something that had already been unnecessarily uncomfortable. I understand that businesses have busy days and that an unexpected situation can be frustrating for employees. But customers shouldn't be made to feel like a nuisance for following the manufacturer's instructions. I won't be returning to Ronnie's for future mower repairs. I appreciate the people who did make an effort to help me, but the overall experience was simply not welcoming or pleasant.

I dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told I "might" get it back by Friday. Well one week went to another week. Went to another week and another week. How sad. I had called several different times to get status reports and was always told "maybe". Terrible way to run a business for sure!
