I also want to recognize the two staff members I regularly interacted w/ on the physical therapy side as I have always had a great experience with them. They were kind, helpful, welcoming, and made my visits much more comfortable. Unfortunately, only one of the two remains, but I truly appreciate the care & positive interactions I have had with both of them. That being said, Unfortunately, my experiences with the new doctor in the office have been the complete opposite. This is not based on one isolated appointment, it has happened repeatedly, in more ways than one as I have had multiple interactions with her. I have truly struggled with whether to write this review because I am genuinely concerned about how my review may be received or whether there could be backlash from speaking honestly. However, I feel that patients have the right to respectfully share their experiences, especially when the same concerns happen more than once. During my interactions with her, I have increasingly been left feeling uncomfortable and unheard. In particular, when I attempted to explain what I am personally experiencing or attempted to provide information of what I had previously been told about my care with my doctor before she joined the clinic, I felt that my concerns were not given meaningful consideration and that the communication was often more argumentative rather than collaborative, and I have left appointments questioning whether I was actually being heard as the patient. I understand that she is the doctor and has her own medical knowledge and opinions, but I also believe that a patient should be given the opportunity to speak, explain their symptoms, and share relevant information about their own care without feeling talked over or dismissed. There have also been moments where I felt that information was presented to me in a way that was misleading or inconsistent with what I had previously been told or of what was followed through with, which made it difficult for me to feel confident in the direction of my care. I was also uncomfortable with negative comments made about other individuals within the work place. Regardless of anyone's personal or professional differences, I as a patient should not have been placed in the middle of the workplace tensions. I am not questioning anyone's credentials or attempting to speak for anyone else's encounters. I am only sharing my personal firsthand experience because I believe that in healthcare the clear communication, listening, mutual respect, professionalism, and collaboration with the patient are all extremely important when someone is trusting a healthcare professional with their care. Unfortunately, I have left more than 1 appointment with this new provider feeling uneasy&with what I can only describe as an "ick" feeling that has stayed with me afterward. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken in the spirit in which it is intended&used constructively. My intent is not to create conflict, but to address clear concerns&to encourage better communication, attentiveness, professionalism, and patient-centered care moving forward. These are essential to ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and properly cared for. Overall, I remain very appreciative of Dr. C, as well as the staff members who have made a positive difference in my experience. Dr. Harvi (short for Halaharvi) made him feel comfortable and at ease. We really appreciated her bed side manners. Checking in was also unique. The receptionist appeared live on a computer screen instead of in person. I've seen this at a restaurant but never at a doctor's office. Nonetheless, her office was very welcoming and offered water and coffee for your convenience. Her office was also comfortable as the patient's chair was a recliner instead of the typical table. This made it quite relaxing for my husband to have his minor procedure done.

She provides great compassion and understanding as you would want in a doctor. She's so great, that sometimes it's hard to get on her schedule if you don't book in advance. But even when I am being seen by other physicians or nurses, I'm always getting great care and compassion from them. Their lab techs have been the same 2 amazing women that has been their since I started visiting. I truly appreciate their care and compassion as getting labs done are my least favorites. But seeing them always put a smile on my face and make me feel at ease. Another thing that I really appreciate, is their app. Anytime I have questions, want to see my test results, need to set an appointment, or need referrals, I can do so in their app. It's very user friendly and they will get back to me within 24-48 business hours. Doctor Bridges show me the injury on the X-rays and explained clearly my treatment options. We made an appointment for surgery between Christmas and New Year at Memorial Herman Surgery Center on Kingsland. Amanda, her surgery coordinator even found me an appointment in an urgent care facility to get a surgery clearance since my doctor office was closed for the holidays and many medical facilities overbooked with people seeking Covid testing for holiday travel. Doctor Bridges operated on me on December 28th. She came to see me before surgery to explain everything and gave me reinsurance. She is so sweet and comforting. Few days after surgery I had some nerve pain. She had given me her cellular phone number so I was able to contact her easily. She send quickly a prescription to my pharmacy. During the follow up visits to change the dressing, the nurses were friendly, caring and gentle. They took X-rays at every visit to assess the healing process. The doctor explained thoroughly what to expect, gave a time frame on expected progress and answered all my questions. I am now waddling in my walking boot and mending well. This doctor is going above and beyond for her patients. I am very thankful for her outstanding care! My tip: Do not go anywhere else!
