I like Dr. McKenzie. I really do. He's an awesome guy that actually listens and spends a little…read moretime with the patient. It's his staff that sucks. I developed a UTI and called the office and requested an appt or medication to be sent to my pharmacy. UTI's are not something to slack around with. The longer you go, the more painful it gets. When i spoke to a staff member, i was told that i could come in the following day after 3pm. Now, i had a choice. Go to the ER and get medication or ask the staff member to reconsider this as an emergency because i needed medication.... She said, 'Tomorrow afternoon is the best we can do." That was it. When you treat patients like this, it's time to fire the doctor and find another one. Believe me, I emailed the doc and told him exactly what transpired.. All the staff had to do was call in my medication to my pharmacy and i would have been out of pain, by evening. But the staff member didn't take the doctor into consideration and the possibility of the doctor being fired. Dr. McKenzie needs to have his staff retrained, or replaced. It's bad for his business.

His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. It's the same energy as before as if I'm family, everyone remembers me, especially Dr Chin. 10/10 I recommend them to anyone.

This would make our third attempt in searching for our family doctor after our doctor passed away…read moredue to COVID. So far the search has not been very pleasant. But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

My issue is not with Dr. Rabiner- he is understanding and listens to any issue I have, be it…read moreserious or trivial. The problem with this place is are the receptionists- their attitudes are unbelievable. If customer service in not your thing and the only way you can speak to people is with disrespect then this job is not for you. I came in today 11/01/2021 with a cold and wanted to get a doctors note so I can give to my professor (college student). The manger, I'm assuming, proceeded to give me nothing but attitude and speak like I was not even in the room that I need to make an appointment (a week later) to get a doctor's note- does that make any sense? Before I was able to see the doctor, literally in and out in less than 10 minutes, but she made it seem like I was trying to take advantage of the system or something. Dr. Rabiner is amazing but I will have to find another doctor because I can not and will not put up with this kind of treatment- no one should.

Very bad experience with Dr. Jared Lazar, D.O. During a…read moremedical appointment, this doctor treated the patient inhumanely. He directly stated that he "would die" if he had a procedure, without providing clear explanations or showing empathy. Furthermore, he didn't allow discussion of high blood pressure, ignoring a serious concern. To make matters worse, the patient needed a prescription for his blood pressure, and they refused to give it with the excuse that "his doctor had never prescribed it," even though it's clearly recorded in the system. Very strange and totally irresponsible. As I told the secretary on the phone, I hold them responsible for anything that happens to my father starting yesterday. 8/21/2025 11:15 am I'm giving it because you can't give zero stars; if you could, I wouldn't give him one.

Then there's a separate appointment for going over these results and then separate appointments for further checkups, all in a short time frame. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, this office continuously ignored pharmacy requests for prescription refills and my physician was changed without me being informed. Then they refused to refill my prescriptions until I agreed to meet with the new doctor to "make sure I needed the medications" even though they were prescribed to me by my previous physician AT THIS FACILITY. Do not seek care here, look elsewhere unless you really want to see a circus act.

It's conveniently located near work and was able to secure an appointment with minimal wait. (Side note: they were even kind enough to reschedule my first appointment without penalty when I had a work emergency the day of my first appointment.) The office is relatively close to I95, has an ample parking lot and is clean & well-kept. Dr. Igor Zilberman was the podiatrist who saw me and he was very knowledgeable. From the X-rays his staff did on my "hooves" he determined I had a stress fracture on my foot, and clearly explained that a fracture is not just the crack you hear in the movies. He and his team prescribed a gradual treatment plan and followup. I would certainly recommend this office for any sports injury treatment for your feet.
