This park is more about sport fields than about getting back to nature. They have baseball fields and soccer fields. They also have a children's playground and an amphitheater. Across the street, I saw a football field, but i do not know if that is part of the park. There is plenty of parking, which is definitely a good thing. I am positive that the community has embraced these sporting fields and are making memories here.

Beautiful park' they have a lot of areas, from volleyball baseball and pickleball! There is also an area you can walk down by the lake which looks nice. Plenty of areas to ride bikes. Nice pickleballs courts brand new! 15 of them!

I visited for the highland Games, but always want to go back to just enjoy the park. They have multiple fields, a giant kids playground, surrounded by woods & a lake. I saw wildlife but also felt safe from the water's edge. The playground was covered & had a 3 story slide. Parking was horrendous for the highland Games, but on a typical day it might be fine.

Central Winds Park is a city park that has ball fields for league play. The playground is newer looking and well maintained but small. There are picnic areas and grills available. They also have a small nature trail with views of the lake and a dog park.

This is a large expanse of grass surrounded with trees, not exactly a park but more like fields where one can play sports. It does not have as much shade as other parks, which is a shame, but it has a fishing pier where you can look out into Lake Jesup and watch the alligators swim by, after all, Lake Jesup has the largest concentration of gators in the country, a "Gatorland" vacation spot.

I am so fortunate to live close to such a great park! They have well maintained soccer and baseball/softball fields right when you come in. There are various sports leagues that play here. I personally play full field womens soccer on tuesday nights. If you make a left right when you come in and continue down you will see where there is a playground and swings for kids to play on. They have a basketball court, covered picnic tables and BBQ available. Small nature trails are also there to take a little walk. There is also a cute butterfly garden that a local girl scout troop started! They hold various events through out the year as well such as a fourth of July celebration. The Cross Seminole passes right by here, in between the park and high school. I love to run/bike along there.

This beautiful and well maintained park offers an array of recreational amenities. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the basketball, softball, tennis, and racquetball courts along with a soccer on the multipurpose field. As a nature lover I enjoyed the many boardwalks with views of the lake and the sidewalk which meanders through the entire park. It is perfect for walking for exercise and I saw the cutest marsh rabbit as I made my way through the park. There are also two fishing piers. Kids will spend hours playing and on the two imaginative playgrounds. Secret Lake Park is also home to the recently renovated Casselberry Recreation Center which has a main room, ballroom, billiards room, computer room, outdoor deck area, activity room, and outdoor pavilions. The recreation center offers many programs from youth to senior. They include exercise, yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, and dance classes. Our friends have their Rock Super Bowl at this park each year, they have been holding this event…read moreannually so it's their Rock Super Bowl IX. We had a blast! Basically, a battle of the local rock and roll bands - a variety of different members from different bands come together on two teams for one day with a purpose to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Tickets are only $5, bring a foldup chair, 10x10 tent, a cooler and it's a great time watching all of our friends compete with one another on the field. Torcaso Cove Park is a great place to hold this event. There is a spacious field with plenty of space on the sidelines for fans. There are several parking areas available making parking easy for large events. There was plenty of space for a half-time show with live music right by the field. There were also a BBQ vendor and several other vendors on site selling food, jewelry, and other items. The park has a public restroom, a playground, splash park, sand pits, plenty of paved walking areas, a picnic area with tables, large pavilion, a beautiful bridge that crosses the heart shaped cove, the park has a bunch of Muscovy ducks waddling around and is dog friendly, what else can you ask for. Nancy and I really enjoyed our time at the park, we will definitely be back to bring our dog and take a nice walk. I just have to mention that it was a bit muddy on the field, even on a hot sunny day. So be sure to wear something you don't care about getting dirty.
