We had to call maintenance for a few minor things when we moved in and they were very quick to respond and even left us a nice note about our dogs! Then reason for the 4 stars is for our move in process. It was rough, but it may have been due to our circumstances. We were interested in another unit that got rented before we could get it, but when another tenant put in their notice we were able to put down a deposit, and all we had to do was wait for them to move out. We were told anytime between mid January to mid February. I messaged every week for a status, with the response that they didnt know, but by February 15. As we reached the end of the month I started making plans for the 15th, since I hadn't heard anything and I was moving from the tri cities. When we finally heard we could move in, it was two weeks earlier than the 15th and 4 days away! I had to scramble and try to get a new uhaul and people to help me move a week early. Even though I couldn't move until February 7th, it was ready the last two days of January, so we had to pay a prorated rate for January (another $200) which was frustrating. Additionally, my move costs ended up being more expensive due to the week I needed the uhaul. Also, My boyfriend had already paid another month of rent at his old apartment as we thought we were not moving in until mid February. We got the money back from his old apartment, but it was a hassle. I also wish they would have taken more time when painting as there were paint splatters all over the counters, floor and trim in the kitchen and bathroom. They cleaned up easily with a magic eraser though. Overall, I am very happy with the townhome and once we moved in, Graf has been very responsive and open with communication. I just wish the communication before we moved in was better and the move in process went smoother, but it may have been a perfect storm. I think if you were renting a unit that was available right away, you would be fine.

Telling me to "fuck off" and calling me a "bitch" under his breath aside, it was very evident his distaste for me and my in laws, as he simply decided to run away from the conversation the more I asked where his attitude came from. I was unfortunate to only record the last few minutes of the dispute, however my husband and three other employees were witness to his tantrum, and I only hope they remain safe in an environment created solely from his unfounded hostility. I've already reached out to HR and all respected higher ups I could contact on this situation and hope only for the best, and for other tenants looking to do business with this man to seek housing elsewhere.

All of our problem-solving discussions with Ryan were straightforward and smooth. The office staff were consistently pleasant and responsive, even when there were challenges. When we sold the house, Ryan's team managed the repainting and repairs. The sale went through very quickly. It's always a relief to deal with a business organization that can consistently do what they say they will do. I am happy to recommend this business.

They turned our gas back on. WELL what do you know. We have a active gas leak that is filling our home with gas. They also sent us notice to raise of rent, and we haven't been living here even a year yet. We have no heat, a dangerous gas leak, and jevons refuses to take care of the wasp pest problem we've had since we moved in. So WHAT are they raising it for? just to be greedy? They rented the basement on this same property to someone too. So they're making nearly 5k a month on one property and they wanna raise the rent? when renting a house like this alone wouldn't cost that. so they're double dipping on there property and giving us the good ol land lord special. speaking of land lord specials and gas leaks, they put the furnace to the entire house (even tho they treat it as two seperate apartments) in a closet in the basement. Furnances need to be in open spaces to breathe and not over/under heat your house. but i guess they didn't wanna listen to a contractor about that. Then upstairs where PSE said some of the gas leak is coming from behind the fire place/within the fire place they glued a foam board to seal it up. I'm sure the foam board has sealed up the problem and its super safe! Sealing a fire place costs about 2k, because you don't want gas leaks but foam board works too! My experience with them has been awful since we signed our lease. They're greedy land lords or don't care about the saftey or well being of their tentants. Not to mention before the people in the basement moved in, they constantly had people coming onto the property, and all i asked was they let me know when someone was coming into OUR yard and OUR back door because i'm a girl home alone a lot and not sure if i strange man should be walking in my back yard or going into the basement thru my back door and they couldn't even do that. There's only one place to pay rent, there's no place to mail the rent to, no one answers the phone. He doesn't unclog a toilet and tells you to pay a plumber. He has told me take pay for the application. and when I called, he told me he'd already rented two rentals I'd applied for to someone else. When I finally got a rental from him, he didn't fix the broken dryers, the cracked window or the toilet, there's mold, and no heat. The refrigerator doesn't work sometimes and then he'll lie and tell you he didn't say what he told you. Blame you for the things broken and say you have to pay for them. I have pictures, I have friends, caregivers, and an employer who've witnessed these things then the housing director wants to move you to a worse place out of retaliation. There are no screens on the living room window and since I've turned him into the police multiple times, the housing authority, the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, ALTCA, and housing directors he's stated he's going to evict me even though I've paid my rent. He's even sent me bills in the mail demanding more money than my rent. All I can say is DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
