They're a great company to rent from. I rented from them for 6 years now it's been a very positive experience.

This management company is horrible. A complete disaster with a manager, Jeff who lies about you when you want something fixed and then he evicts you. There's only one place to pay rent, there's no place to mail the rent to, no one answers the phone. He doesn't unclog a toilet and tells you to pay a plumber. He has told me take pay for the application. and when I called, he told me he'd already rented two rentals I'd applied for to someone else. When I finally got a rental from him, he didn't fix the broken dryers, the cracked window or the toilet, there's mold, and no heat. The refrigerator doesn't work sometimes and then he'll lie and tell you he didn't say what he told you. Blame you for the things broken and say you have to pay for them. I have pictures, I have friends, caregivers, and an employer who've witnessed these things then the housing director wants to move you to a worse place out of retaliation. There are no screens on the living room window and since I've turned him into the police multiple times, the housing authority, the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, ALTCA, and housing directors he's stated he's going to evict me even though I've paid my rent. Love renting from these guys. The manager works crazy hard and isn't always able to answer the phone when calling, but leave a message and faithfully receive a call back. Application fees are on par with everyone else in town. The apartments are clean and well taken care of. Over all, I recommend people renting from this company. read more

I think this place is probably as flakey as they come. Nobody ever answers the phone.

Recently, I paid $30 and applied for an apartment with this company. I was told there were no other applications for this apartment and that I would hear back in a day or two. Nearing the end of the second day, I began calling trying to find out what was happening. Calling the company was quite difficult, I had to call multiple times to leave a voicemail. After finally making contact I was informed the apartment had already been rented and there was nothing more I could do. The whole application process seemed to be shrouded in smoke and mirrors. Many management companies I have worked with before do not charge application fees. **I fear this company is taking application fees from hard working people, without any real opportunity of having a place to live.** read more
