The way they gracefully flew across the stage and then when they use their clogging shoes it was impressive. Well done! Congratulations on an outstanding job. The only addition I would suggest is a bow at the end. Thanks for doing such a great job and keeping the Irish tradition alive.

I absolutely adore Virginia Tango. If you are looking to start dance lessons, look no further,…read moretango is the way to go. Anna and Cristian are the dynamic duo dream dance teachers. They make dancing fun for any level. My first interaction with them was a free tango class at a PR event. Their dance and teaching chemistry left me in awe. I knew I wanted to take classes with them at some point. Fast forward to end of 2025. My fiancé (who "does not dance") fell in love with tango after a free trial. I adore dancing so was super excited he was interested. We ended up signing up for their Super Beginner Easy Start Course Tango class that took it as a slow pace for non-dancers. This was the perfect intro. We then decided to sign up for their monthly tango membership where we take their Level 100 classes. At this time, they have Level 100 classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm. After class they do a really cool technique class called Tango Power Start. This place is more than a dance studio, it's a community. They offer milongas too (an Argentine social dance event). My fiancé and I are the type of people who like being able to walk or bus to a place, we live in the city and this is in Midlothian. We love this studio so much that the drive is worth it for us. I highly recommend taking tango classes here. You'll learn so much and have lots of fun in the process.

They are decades-long studiers of this beautiful art and are beyond prepared to break it down to any level of student, whether you have a dance background or are a super-beginner (like me). Within an hour you'll not only find yourself lost in the lesson and having fun, but you'll feel entirely confident in your ability to pick it up and... you'll like be hooked. The space is very nice. A private glass-walled studio in a cool part of town, near the Village of Midlothian. There's also nearly endless parking. I can't say enough about the kind and genuine nature of the instructors and their ability to share their world with you as a student. Classes are based on a semester style schedule and are very well priced. A+ 100% 5-stars

He is funny and a great teacher. He makes things engaging and fun. He set us up in an oval around class. Leads would stay where they were and follows would rotate when told to. We started the class with basic steps, then partnered up and added twirls. He picked the perfect music that wasn't too fast so we could keep up. I had an incredible time. It's a small studio located on the second floor. There is a lot of free parking out front. I still have three more classes to go, but I'd highly recommend taking a class at RVA Dance Studio. You can also check out their Latin Dance Night at The Park RVA every other Thursday and on Saturdays at ALOFT.

I love hearing "please," "thank you," and "excuse me" without having to remind them every time. The kindness and respect they are taught really carry over into everyday life. Truly, that cute LPA building on the Springfield road, does MAGIC!

Our 3.5-year-old son started at La Petite Academy of Glen Allen about a month ago, and he comes…read morehome every day saying his school is "amazing" and his teachers are "wonderful" -- hard to beat that review from the actual customer. Pam, the director, clearly cares deeply about the kids and makes every family feel welcome from day one. The teachers we've worked with have all been excellent: very professional, communicative, and organized, but they still keep things fun and playful for the kids. We came from another daycare in the area and can say with confidence that La Petite is a massive upgrade. In just a few weeks, we've seen marked improvements in our son's behavior and how he interacts with other kids. There is a strong emphasis on the classroom as a community, and it really shows--children seem to learn how to play well together, take turns, and be considerate classmates. The structure and expectations in the classroom feel age-appropriate but still set them up for success. I can very easily see our son being more than ready for kindergarten in a couple of years. They keep the kids busy in the best way -- every day our son is learning something new, with lots of hands-on activities and exploration. The app is also fantastic; we get tons of updates and photos throughout the day so we always feel connected to what he's doing. My only (very minor) gripe is the parking lot -- it's a bit small and can get chaotic during peak drop-off and pickup times. But honestly, that's a small trade-off for the level of care and education our son is getting. Overall, we're extremely happy we made the switch and highly recommend La Petite of Glen Allen to other families.
