I've been doing business with this shop/company for quite some time now and I've never had any issues with anything. They've always been professional. They've always had some of the best deals and I have to honestly say that one of the best that I've come across. They have an awesome selection of different items and vape juice . I also really appreciate the fact that they offer excellent advice when it comes to different products. I've never had an issue. It's always been great. Definitely five stars.. read more

Central Vapors - One of my favorites. - Vape Shops Near Me - McKinney, Texas

They want you to verify your age by uploading your ID to a standard Jotform without any professional KnowYourCustomer (KYC) software. Jotform even recommends options: https://www.jotform.com/blog/know-your-customer-software/ I called to cancelled the order and he said he would, but it still says "Awaiting Shipment" and now they won't answer their phone. Stay far away from this place and use a shop with a professional age verification system read more

I have been ordering from Central Vapors for years. I have had no issues with shipping times - I understand that I must order BEFORE I run out of coils or some other vape product. Vaping is an addiction after all and most people understand that the mail is not always reliable due to various reasons. I have never had issues with email communication - a couple of problems - always resolved quickly and efficiently. Sure, I would love free shipping - but I suspect you should be blaming the Gov't for those costs NOT Central Vapors. Highly recommend these guys. read more

I had placed an online order. With much difficulty, finally located tracking info. Tracking says it was delivered. Shipping address is 100% correct. Delivered to WHO? Certainly not to me! I tried calling every number I could find for them. Either the numbers are disconnected, or has no answer. Mailbox is conveniently set up to NOT receive messages. After the AI voice tells you that, it says an error has occurred and then hangs up on you. I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. I'm annoyed because I was really looking forward to using the tanks I'd ordered from this company. Hopefully someone somewhere is appreciating them. Grrr read more

Their customer support went way above and beyond expectations to answer some questions I had!

They used to be so good. I would call & talk to Courtney, give her my order & I received it in a timely manner. She actually recommended I take advantage of the expedited package. I has happy to learn you could rush it to me. Hassle free, no-nonsense kind of service. 2 weeks have passed since I started the process to place my order. I wanted to order early so I'd not run out. For days I tried to find it online. No luck there . I'm near out & have to start searching for another shop that has the flavorless Juice. Flavorless is hard to find. I'll miss those large bottles of juice where I bought three & got 1 free. Anyway, I'm feeling real crappy. I'm out of juice. What a bummer. In the event a real person stumbles across this as it goes to wherever it goes & you wish to speak to me my phone number is 713-920-1583. Sincerely, Mona Nebel read more

Price is good, quality of the juice is decent, but their order processing and shipping is very lackluster. Better order 2-3 weeks before you need your supplies because that's how long it takes them and BTW they charge you for it, no free shipping. read more

The best delivered price in US, Really good customer service. They made a mistake in one of my orders and quickly corrected it.

Central Vapors was once my go-to place for my DIY supplies, but this was the last time I would do business with them. States on their website in big red letters that shipping time is 1-3 business days. I emailed them after my order sat there untouched for a week. Surprisingly I received a message back stating that they were working on it and it would be shipped within 24 hrs. They did print a label but it still took them a total of 10 days to ship my 4 little items. I literally live 2 hours away from them, I could have walked there and shopped the warehouse for my own items and walked back home in a single day. Not sure why it takes a week to do what I could have done on my own. I placed this order the same time I ordered flavoring from Canada, that package only took 4 days to get to me and it had to go thru customs! Poor customer service is going to cost them a lot of customers. read more

Central Vapors - Order processing time 1-3 business days???? - Vape Shops Near Me - McKinney, Texas

Expensive shipping. Misleading 'sales'. Poor customer service. Bought over $80 of e-liquid, still had to pay $10 shipping. Their site says, "Buy 3 get a 4th for free". I bought 3. No 4th one was shipped. I emailed and they said 'well, you have to order 4 and then we take the 4th off the price'. I said, 'wow, sorry I didn't read your fine print. What about a store credit?' and they had the gall to say 'can't give you a credit for something you didn't buy' F these guys. Plenty of other places to buy from read more

Shipping service is not very good. Transactions are easy when you place an order, get the correct tracking number and then get it to your door in a reasonable timeframe, not needing to call the company and ask where it is. It's poor management if you can't keep it that simple. Employee was casual. First time making a purchase and I have no previous history with Central Vapors - DIY product labeling is difficult to read (color design - tiny white letters on light blue background) and poorly printed and this makes me question quality. Simple fix. read more

Do not order anything from this outfit through the mail. My wife placed an order on Sept. 24 and has yet to receive items and contacting them she received the standard run around from this clip joint. It's up to her to find out what happened to the order. The tracking numbers that were given said items were delivered but they weren't so if you fell like throwing your money away be my guest and order from them. read more

Used to be my go to place for hardware. NOT again! Placed my order on November 29th, and on December 5th received an email that were out of one item, in the color I chose. I responded back with whatever color they had would do. Then nothing... A week later still nothing. Started making calls on Monday the 9th. My phone records state I made 90 calls between the main store number and the warehouse since then.Cannot leave a message as prompted to do cause the mailbox is full. They don't answer email. Finally after 9 back to back calls someone picked up and put me on hold for 15 mins. Guess they thought I would hang up and go away. They came back with some song and dance and false apologies, but they don't have the items I ordered. They have had my money all this time, and did not contact me with alternatives. I am getting a refund and running in the other direction. Will NEVER do business again!!!! read more

I like the ejuice they make, they have the coils and pods i need, i have bought a few units from them and been happy. The only problem and it's a big one is how long it might take for an order to be filled. also, ten bucks shipping is pretty steep for a package that weighs little. It IS trackable however/ read more

Purchased two Vape Geek aegis mods. There were two issues with this purchase. One mod was missing the "lock" switch and my coupon code did not go through at time of sale. I contacted CV and let them know what was going on. I received a very quick response and a mailing label to ship the defective mod back. As soon as the shipment was confirmed I was contacted by CV and told they had already shipped the new mod. No waiting for them to receive it, the confirmation was good enough for them. I also received a credit for the missed coupon code very quickly on my card. The customer service here is the best I have ever seen and they are on the top of my list for future purchases. I should also add that their prices and product availability are better than most of their competitors! Canyon read more

We ordered a VooPoo DragX online. They shipped it to the wrong address, they had the nerve to ask me to pay for reshipping. Then they shipped to the same wrong address AGAIN. How difficult can it be to correctly enter a shipping address? Save your time and money, shop elsewhere. Prices may look attractive but you'll spend more in hassles from this worthless outfit. read more

*updating review// I was kinda harsh on my last review// This store has pretty decent customer service and an employee has reached out to me very quickly after I left the review which was uplifting for my situation. Your order will take longer than expected but most places are like that right now because of the weather. Wide variety of juice choices and so many delicious sounding flavors. All legitimate products, Once my order is fully fulfilled I'll make sure to update review. They are NOT a scam or bogus. They are legit, and fix any mistakes quickly. 7.8/10 read more

Central Vapors - Shipment information for proof - Vape Shops Near Me - McKinney, Texas

pros ...best prices , great vape ...I have been buying from them for years would not go anywhere else...con..once you place your order it is somewhat mysterious as to the status of your order I never get an update and about 10 days later it shows up and some mail make you sign and some don't its just a little unsettleing until you have possession of it ......I always buy in bulk so I only order twice a year read more

5 days since they deducted money from my account and no shipment or update. Phone not working, busy signal or "mailbox full" , "live chat" not working. No reply to emails, so no way to reach them for status. I used to buy from them all the time and they were great. Obviously gone down hill over the last couple of years. read more

Needed a couple new 510 thread count batteries and Central Vapors popped up so I gave them a shot. They had a good selection to choose from and I went with the Mini Istick 10v and Mini Istick 25v. They were able to ship within a reasonable amount of time and the product arrived I damaged. Unfortunately, one of the batteries wasn't work so I had to reach back out. I was responded to quickly and had my issue resolved without question. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reputable establishment. read more

Typically we are able to call before we reach the store to have our ejuice ready for pickup, instead I was informed phones aren't answered on weekends and a more of a courtesy. Then while I know training is stressful for the new people not having supplies ready such as pens so orders for 2 people can be taken is ridiculous.  The manager is just sitting around puffing on his vape every few seconds and acts like he could care less while exhaling in my direction. When we are waiting in the waiting area you can hear why the phones aren't being answered, they are listening to music so loud I doubt they can even hear when the phone rings. Listening from the lobby is sounds like a lot more messing around in the back warehouse then actual business going on.  I sent an email to the company hoping the owners whom I know well would contact me; however, all I got was a manager calling me back telling me that he didn't know who was on duty that day. There were only 2 people on duty and you can't look at the schedule and see WHO they were? Interesting! I am guessing the manager that was on duty that day is the actual one that got my email and called me back. Hence why I am leaving this review. Do I need to take my business elsewhere because by my experience it looks like Central Vapors could care less about their representation of customer experience and I'd feel embarrassed brining any friends who could be possible new clients to Central Vapors. read more

Leaving a lonely star for now.. I placed two ordered with Central Vapors. One was shipped missing an item and the other was shipped with the wrong item. That is 2 out of 2... Forget trying to leave a message... mailbox is full. Eventually managed to get the manager on the phone and he couldn't care less... not even apologizing. Yikes.. Was a little reluctant to order, based on some reviews, but glad I did. Shipping was fast (handed off to post office less than 2 days after order). Delivered 8 days after order (regular post office shipping speed). Just ordered coils, but everything was intact and correct. Will definitely order from again. Thanks! read more

Vap juice flavor is good, this is like the 3rd or 4th time ordering bulk vape juice from them, one of the bottles was open and had leaked inside the cheap shipping bag, shipping is over priced for some bs reason come on it's USPS and it didn't have the Yorker twist top I requested, so yeah I won't be ordering from them again! read more

They won't return phone calls or emails, and when your order has been sitting in their queue for 21 days, you expect something.

I made 2 orders on the same day, Jan11th, 2024. I received one of the orders on Jan 16. The other order status says "awaiting shipment" I've tried to call and I think they see my phone # and purposely don't answer. If they lost it, just let me know. The payment they have already received. Very furious right now and just return my $$ to me so I may shop elsewhere. Ive been a customer by mail with them for yrs, slap in the face. Have ordered from Central Vapors twice now and both times have been a very pleasant transaction. Their prices can't be beat. First time I ordered two Smok pro80 kits and then went back and ordered one more. The local smoke shop near me wanted $20 more per each mod which I though was a bit much. Got home and checked Central Vapors website and was so pleased with their prices. Shipping was supper fast as well. I wanna say it only took two days to get my order. Central Vapors is definitely my go to spot for vape supplies! Thanks Central Vapors you guys rock! read more

Even though they have competitive prices, they don't tell you when ordering that it will take them 12 or more days to actually ship out your order. They will charge your card a week before they even process a shipping label too. It took 17 days to get my order from when I placed it on their website. The company I work for would say that's highly unprofessional and not acceptable to most customers. read more

Found what I wanted and made sure to get a few essential back ups like tanks, batteries. Got a few bottles of juice to try. I guess the whole first time log on/authorization process is a necessary evil but got through it. So Saturday purchase, order confirmation on Monday, Tracking info supplied. Order still sitting there waiting to be picked up I guess ? My postal service comes by everyday. Not sure about McKinney Texas. Maybe change the "Next day" shipping advertising. Glad I did not pay for any express shipping options. Saw some other bad reviews about shipping with same issue. So here it is Thursday evening and my tracking says Monday delivery. TX to FL in 9 days ? Central, no bueno ! Not a good start folks. Hope the product is at least as advertised. read more
