I came across Maddie and thought I've give her a shot. I am not too fond of going to someone's house and I thought I would give it a shot. I am glad I did. She was very nice, very fast, and very understanding. Not to mention, she is fairly priced compared to other places, especially the place i've already stated for a piss poor job. Brittney always made him look like the sweetest, fluffiest, most handsome version of himself, and Lynita cared for him during his baths with so much love and affection. It always meant so much to us knowing that they genuinely enjoyed seeing him and that he was more than simply another dog on their schedule. What has always stood out to me about Brittney's Bark & Stay is how genuinely they know and care about the animals entrusted to them. There is an enormous amount of comfort in leaving a dog you love with someone and knowing that he is being treated with patience, kindness, and love while he is away from you. We recently and very unexpectedly lost our Wheaten, and the compassion Brittney and Lynita have shown our family has meant more than I can adequately express. Hearing that they miss him too was incredibly touching. Knowing that he was loved and will be remembered by the people who cared for him over the years means so much to us. For starters signing him up was so easy and the nice ladies upfront explained where the dogs go and what their day will look like. After a few hours I came to pick him up and he was all smiles and wags. I was told about his behavior (luckily he was good lol!) and how his day went. After taking him home I realized that camp was exactly what he needed! He had better manners with our other animals, was able to relax and seemed very content, and slept through the night with no issues. I will absolutely be coming back and already plan to have him try the pet hotel! Thank you guys for an awesome service and letting my puppy be a puppy.

The 7x14 individual kennels are very clean and temperature controlled. The atmosphere is calm and looks and feels like a happy place. The other animals who were already on site appeared without any distress whatsoever. They adhere to very specific business hours: M-F = 8:30a-12p & 4p-5:30p, Sun = 9a-11a & 4p-5p. Current vaccine records are required. You can bring a dog bed if you'd like (I would highly suggest to bring one so your pet is cozy) or the kennels are concrete flooring. Bringing your pet's toys, food, treats, food bowl are optional. We brought all of the above to ensure our pets "norm" didn't feel too different while she was there. The staff takes exceptional care of all of your pets items. We could clearly see how happy our dog was staying there. She even seemed a little sad to be home and not continuing her one time journey out and about as a big girl on her own lol Needless to say, we will definitely use them again in the future.
