The parking lot is huge, so there has never been an issue when it comes to parking. The greeter, when you walk in, is always friendly. Make sure you have your members' cards ready to present upon arrival. If you are looking to change your internet company, just bust a right past the televisions, and you can get that done with the folks there. Don't worry if you don't see them they will see you. On Saturday and Sunday, they have samples that start around 3 pm and end around 5 pm. If you are a person who likes to try new things, try the samples. On a few occasions, I have loved the recipes and purchased every ingredient to make at home. If you don't like to wait in line, you can download the Sam's App and use Scan and go to checkout. The customer service is friendly, and my experience at this Sam's Club is always pleasant.

I waited patiently in my car and in the space of an hour saw ONE order brought out to someone. The woman in the car next to me got out and went inside. When she came back out to her car, I asked her if she had gone inside to get them to bring her order out and she said yes and that she had been told to pull up outside of the door and they would load it up. So I went inside and asked about my order and they had not even started gathering my items together. It was all dry goods, nothing perishable. Finally one of the employees went to get her my items. After she returned, she told me to click the "I'm here" button. But it wouldn't show up in my app. She told me she couldn't give me the order, that it must be hung up in the system. I asked her if someone could fix the problem in the system. I was told there were no managers in the store. She went to see if she could find someone to help. All told I was inside for 25 minutes (after waiting in my car for an hour). Then I was told to go wait in my car and they would bring it out. After 30 minutes, no one had still brought out my order so I finally cancelled it.

They usually have unique vendors in the front area, which allows smaller businesses to offer their wares. Today they didn't have the fun unique small business vendors, and I was disappointed. But every single day at the BX cannot be exceptional...right? They have a nice line of designer handbags and sunglasses. Their health and beauty costs are much lower than regular retail stores. You must be military or retired military (not just a veteran) to shop here. I'm glad they continue to offer this to our military personnel.
