The service guys went through it top to bottom, Tasi gave us all the records, it was priced very reasonably (guess there's a reason it's called priced right), and to make it all the better they gave me a really fair value on my trade with no hassle at all. The finance manager got me in and out at a great rate too. They did have a couple extras we wanted (like rust proofing) and Tasi again helped me schedule, got it back to me quick and went above and beyond in communicating with me. Highly recommend them. I purchased a vehicle from Lakeside for $16K+. I believe they hid the failure of the Side…read moreDetection System (SDS) at the time of sale ($1400+ to fix). It is my belief, that Lakeside knowingly concealed this defect by keeping the vehicle running during the test drive and at pickup. The SDS warning can be temporarily disabled with a button. Within 5-10 minutes of leaving Lakeside, multiple warning messages appeared (Low Tire, Air Bag, Side Detection System, etc.). I immediately returned and informed Lakeside that the vehicle did not feel safe to drive. GM documentation confirms that these simultaneous error messages and inability to start the car are consistent with SDS electrical failure. Once taken home, the vehicle would only start intermittently and produced numerous electrical errors. Despite repeated requests for assistance over several months, Lakeside has failed to repair or resolve this issue. The SDS defect existed at the time of sale, was not disclosed, and rendered the vehicle unreliable and unsafe. They will not fix it or reimburse me.

They forgot to take the deposit for the car as well so they called me and got my credit card information and without telling me charged me 100$ for a service fee . When I called back to let them know they didn't mention a service fee charge being put on my card without telling me . I mentioned they can't do that and I need my money back and nothing . So not only do I have a trunk that leaks, I have bad breaks, struts need to replaced , front axels need to be replaced The rear differential needs to be serviced as well They promised to make it better and they didn't . The Tri City Towing guy started swearing at me dropping the F bom and told me to get the "F" out of here! When I tried to get a picture of him, he illegally pulled out in front of me making a left turn and nearly hit me in my car. I called Tri City and they hung up on me.
