They went above and beyond to get us fixed up. The first 2 winters were very frigid when we were still fine tuning our systems and they helped us resolve our issues in some very cold temperatures. I have a one year rental with Henley and after that I will not use them again nor would recommend…read morethem. We called and spoke with Tabitha about a 120 gallon propane tank. We were told the rental on the tank is $175 and that the propane would be around $340. So total about $515. The day of delivery we paid $670.03. Which was more than we were expecting but we just said it is what it is. Well Friday we got a bill for $192 more dollars. So we called and found out they never charged us for the tank rental plus tax. So the $670 we paid was for $313 in undisclosed fees. So once we figure that out after talking to Brent we're trying to explain that you cannot just not disclose fees and still expect payment. Even if they are mandatory. And he says well Tabitha just answers questions and doesn't give pricing. And the labor we paid already was also for the driver driving to and from my house. Nope that's a service call which we also already paid. Long story short Henleys doesn't disclose their fees and then expects you to still pay more. I wouldn't recommend using them. Brent isn't willing to work with his customers even when they were the one in the wrong.

We contacted Thompson gas company because the tank had run out of gas, emitting an unusual smell…read morethat the residents were not familiar with. When we called Thompson, they advised us to have the situation checked immediately or they would call the police. A guy came out came out, never went into the house and left, stating they could not deliver gas for 5-7 days. In the meantime, we reached out to another company to provide gas, only to discover that Thompson had actually placed a lock on the tank. They claimed it was a rental but were unable to provide any documentation to support this claim. The tank has been in place for over 40 years, and no such issue had arisen before. We informed Thompson that our state was under a declared state of emergency due to extreme cold weather and requested that they remove the lock and deliver gas. Payment was never an issue, and we were ready to settle any charges promptly, if there were any. However, they refused to remove the lock preventing another company who came out to put in gas. The following week Thompson still could provide no paperwork proving ownership of the tank and seemed indifferent to the potential harm caused by leaving residents without heat during a critical time. Their actions showed a disregard for basic human needs, and I cannot continue or condone doing business with a company that operates so unprofessionally and heartlessly...

They do have an air machine for your tires that I've used and it always appears to be in service. I recall it takes quarters, heck you can't find free air anymore. I've swapped out propane tanks here and the prices were in line with other places. I don't spend a lot of time inside the store itself, but my exchanges with the cashiers have always been pleasant. It has the "feel" of a location with a few two top tables where retired folks enjoy a cup or ten of coffee and some chit chat nearly every morning. The parking lot is in good shape both in terms of the condition of the asphalt and there's no random trash junking it up or overflowing trash cans. They do offer the squeegee things in liquid solution and brown paper towels for washing/wiping your windows and headlight covers. I'm happy we have this gas station in a humble strip mall close to home because I do spend a lot of time on Capshaw Road and, especially east bound, it is easy to get in and out of this gas station, located at a 4-way stop at Capshaw Road and East Limestone Road.
