We must do better, we SIMPLY MUST. Yes, my insurance covers to cost of my membership, SOMETHING I'VE EARNED through my hard work. However this action of denial is DISCRIMINATION. MR CRAIG ALSO STATED THE FRONT DESK IS SURVEILED WITH video and AUDIO. Please review the footage via surveillance with audio (in place for my pro tection, I'm sure) and publicly respond to my review please. I feel confident that this is a unfortunate isolated incident. This incident occurred on 04.02.26 , roughly 7:15 p.m. I can't believe the ignorance (ignorant by definition, not being rude). There's an outdoor pool right across from the gym too. You must wear a mask pretty much at all times, but I didn't mind that. Safety first! The gym staff are very friendly as well. One thing of note as that you cannot bring weights into aerobics room or upstairs to track/ab work area. They have a sign noting that but I had missed it when going upstairs. Overall I highly recommend!

The weight room is combined with the cardio room, which is not a great layout idea, but I can't complain to much about it. The machines are all brand new and well organized. Bring your own lock for the lockers. The saunas are always nice and clean. The staff is extremely helpful, and will even give you a tour of the facilities, if you're new. One warning: never come during peak PT hours. Between 12-4 on weekdays and anytime of weekends are the best times to come. All other times will be inundated by trainees. Get some!

One thing I loved was how motivating the coaches were, how they focus on one on one interaction, and most importantly push you to your limits, in all that you're capable of. Classes are fairly small so you will get great one on one time, and you'll become person, not just a name. This gym will be more than just your gym, they will become family, they will push you to be better and work harder. I miss Tejasfit every single day and have yet to find a gym like it. They also have a treadmill room. There's a sauna in the women's bathroom, I haven't used it cause the hot weather here is enough for me My husband said the mens shower is open bay. Womens isnt, during the weekdays from 8am-12pm it's not very busy. They also have 24/7 access to both service members and dependents. You just have to talk to the front desk to get yourself a key.

Small gyms to me feel cozy and comfortable like small little boxing gym or something. So if you like small compact gyms also, you would like this one as well. I don't come here often since it's not that close to where I live, but when I do it does the job. 3 ellipticals and a lot of those PreCore machines that are able to work out a few different areas of your body at once. Lots of free weights. That machine that allows you to do pull ups even if your too weak at the moment, by taking off some of the weight for you. Only issue is not much floor space for calisthenics. I was getting ready to sit down on the small seat to do some chest presses. Well, I slid right off the seat onto the floor. Geez, I was embarrassed. My jock act has been blown. Anyway, no one came over to help me up or even ask how I was. Hell, they turned away. I had to go through my dying cockroach act to get up. There were three buff guys in my area. Oh well. Not hurt, just super embarrassed. I'll have to get some shorts with rubber backs so I don't slide. Ha, ha.

So many benches, machines, free weights, dumbbells, and cardio equipment. Everything is spread out so you don't feel you're in top of each other. Even the bathroom was fresh and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful. When I told them I was in town for a few days on biz they worked out a nice daily rate deal so I could get in my training without taking a big hit on my credit card. Nice crowd here too. Not a typical meathead group but more everyday middle of the road people more interested in staying fit and healthy.
