From my first call, when friendly, professional, wise in the ways of insurance Office Manager, Kristin, answered and helped me understand the way forward, through my first visit to the homey, orchid filled front office, I knew I was in the right place. Then, I began my first session with Aaron and there was no doubt. A fine, fit, skilled expert who radiates kindness, compassion, and who has a great sense of humor, Aaron took the time to collect a through history, both physical and emotional. Aaron understands the connection between mind and body wellness, and while he is first, an expert in the mechanics of the body, he is just as importantly (in my mind) a person who helps you connect the dots between what is, and has been, going on in your life to the condition you present when you arrive. Aaron also understands how to tailor, then pace, your treatment plan. I left feeling inspired and hopeful that the crippling pain which caused me to seek his help might be about to let go of its hold on me. I have a few weeks of hard work ahead--which is always the secret with PT. Do the work! Optimum is located in a cozy, refurbished home. The two work out rooms I saw were outfitted with the necessary tools. The intake and assessment room was immaculately clean, decorated with photos of Aaron's bright, shining family, along with some nice landscapes.
