This parking authority employee gave me a ticket of 60$ for being "Double Parked", but she clearly saw I had a FLAT TIRE. ‍, I had to make time out of my working day today to get into that zoom call just so it can be dismissed. Also, the person in charge of this parking authority is even nastier than her employees, instead of hearing me out she talked over me and told me I was guilty if I had my ticket. This was So unprofessional of them.

Only two people are allowed inside because of Covid restrictions. Once you go inside they do check your temperature to make sure you don't have a fever. To get the parking permit I had to fill out an application, show my license my car registration and insurance. There's also a $15 fee. The process was fast and seamless.

The US Post Office at this location on Columbus Avenue was very convenient for me when I lived on the West Side. It's busy and the line gets long at peak times of day. I'm retired so I mail my correspondence here when I'm out early hanging around this neighborhood. I definitely recommend this branch if you live or work nearby.

If it wasn't for my social security check I wouldn't be able to pay my rent. It doesn't cover my rent but it's a huge help! They have changed the website. I've only used the new updated version once but I had a good experience. I'm really happy they still send my benefit statement in the mail. You can also download it online in your account. My life's work history and award letters are all on the website. You never know when you may need income verification. You shouldn't wait until you retire to view your records for your Social Security. Get the emails to. They will remind you annually to check your earnings record. Finally one last thing! Why isn't anyone else reviewing this Government Agency? Social Security touches every individual from birth to death. These days when you're born you get a Social Security number!!

During the holidays, the amount of customers and the volume of mail handled is outstanding. I can't deny that at times more counters should be available and the mail for my building has been delivered as late as 6pm. They sent a email that our online login as it currently exists won't be available soon. We have to create a Login.gov or ID.me account. I believe I have both set up. I had to set them up when I wanted to view my Federal Income Tax documents online. It was a hassle and it required facial recognition. I'm dreading the change but I know I can go back to this office if I need help! I'm not going to recommend either way. If you can handle anything online avoid going to any Social Security office.

A lot of funding sources are coordinating to make our pleasure possible. My credit goes to those with their feet on the ground making it all come to fruition. They have my vote. This Exhibit provided me with a wonderful adventure into many neighborhoods. Some where no one spoke English at one point! I loved the sculptures and got a six and a half mile walk in too!
